My visit was very pleasant.Dr. Waters and his staff were very professional and courteous in the service they provided. Dr.Waters made lower dentures for me and when I came in to be fitted with my dentures, he made sure l knew how to put them in and take out. Dr. Waters talked to me about the care of my dentures and protecting them as well. Also, he made me aware if I experience any problems(dentures tight or loose etc.)do not hesitate to come back in and he will make it right. Most of all, I was very pleased with his patience and being concern of my well-being. Thank you Dr. Waters and your Staff.

I have gone to this dentist office since 2019, only to get a cleaning. Every single time I get a bill in the mail. You get 2 free cleanings a year. I have to call each time to clear it up. You should not have to call to clear nothing up if you have trained employees. Iām sick of it and I will not be back. I spoke with the office manager Bridgette, she was ok until the end of the conversation. She was trying to smart and rude. The office individuals need more trying on customer service. Talk right and own up to your mistakes. You had my birthday incorrect. Telling me thatās why my insurance didnāt pay. Iām sick of them. The dental hygienist and doctor were nice, just the office personnel were sorry and lazy. Learn your job and do betterā¦š”š”š” I do t want to give you any stars but I have to so that I can leave this reviewā¦.

I was there today and I had a wonderful visit with Shay who is my Dental Hygienist and she is great. Very informative on what I need or needed to do when cleaning my teeth at home .

Friendly staff...they are patient with you, and They provide the care you need. The facility is very clean and they all wear masks which is a plus during this time of pandemic. I was extremely nervous but my nurse continually checked on me to assure I was ok. She even explained everything in awesome detail before she actually did anything as to keep me calm. They all answered any questions I had nurses and doctors. I'm very pleased with my visit.

I contacted my Hygienist Michelle about an unexpected chip in my tooth and she was able to get me an appointment today with Dr. Roland. Michelle is is awesome!
She also made sure to check on me before my visit was complete. Michelle totally rocks!!
