I had a new hygienist today by the name of Meisha (I hope I spelled her name right!). I found her to be very attentive and knowledgeable. When she came to my car to summon me, she immediately made me comfortable. She was open and honest throughout the exam.
My husband and I have been patient's of EADG since shortly after moving here in 2007. 2 other offices that were recommended to us back then weren't taking new patients. That last office said to try EADG and so we did. They said "yes, we're taking new patients". I guess 3rd time IS a charm. We were so impressed with how we were treated we stayed. I've said it more than once "we found you by default, we stay with you by choice". Thank you for doing what you do! 😁

Was extremely uncomfortable with a tooth that was scheduled for a root canal. Called the office on Sunday, and got Christy. She listened to me, understood my needs, and advised what I could do to ease my pain. On Monday I received a call from Kelly, and she had called in medication I needed until I could get my root canal on Wednesday. Both Christy and Kelly were understanding, compassionate, and very efficient! There are a lot of dentists in the Lee County area, but if you want the best service in town, I HIGHLY recommend East Alabama Dental Group!!
