Deerfoot Dental: Dr. Gerald Grovenstein

I called to get an appointment because my regular dentist couldn't see me even with an emergency until 2.5 later. I was able to get one in 2 weeks, which was fine since I wasn't emergent. After this experience, I'm fully switching to this office.

Everyone is professional and polite and friendly.
They really make an extra effort to make you feel at ease about being at the dentist.
I had a toothe removed and Dr Grovenstein called me the next day to see how I was doing and if I had any problems.

I highly recommend Dr Grovenstien.

It was my 1st visit and it was very organized during this pandemic. Everyone was nice and i knew i was in the right dentist office. The Dr. Let me decide what was best for me. It was informative and his assitant K was the best.

Dr. Grovenstien and his whole staff are an absolute delight. They go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable and feel secure while precedures are being done. He does excellent dental work and I would recommend him and his practice to all :)

Heather cleaned my teeth today and she was awesome! Very gentle. Dr. G was very thorough. The office staff is polite and helpful. They even have a keruig in the waiting room!

Fantastic!! My family and I had a wonderful experience at Deerfoot Dental, the office of Dr. Grovenstein. During my visit the doctor & his staff took the time to explain the procedure that was needed, including what my out of pocket expenses would be for the procedure beforehand. He was very gentle, personable, and thorough. I felt very comfortable, and experienced no discomfort at all during my procedure. My young daughter had her teeth cleaned here also. Her hygienist was very kind & gentle, making her visit a very enjoyable experience. Dr. Grovenstein and his staff are wonderful, going well beyond my greatest expectations!! I would highly recommend Deerfoot Dental to all of my friends and family.

I'll leave my original review below because it still stands however I’d like to update to say while everyone is very nice there you should stay on top of your own benefits and find out ahead of time how much every single thing they do will cost you and then call your insurance yourself and verify that it will be covered (probably a good practice anyway obviously but I just assumed they were on top of it since I was only initially charged a copay only to find out a month later that so much work was done (in a couple of appointments) in an overlapping way that my benefits we're maxed out and they still continued to do more work after that that I wasn't aware wouldn't be covered so I now have a massive bill from them that I definitely didn't see coming. Like I said probably my own fault for trusting someone else to have my best interest in mind and to be on top of something like that but lesson very painfully learned.)

I have terrible dental anxiety but everyone at Deerfoot Dental has gone above and beyond to help ease that. I highly recommend Deerfoot Dental especially to those who are generally nervous about visiting the dentist. The team here from the girl doing your billing and appointments to the nurses and doctor are all genuinely warm and kind. No long waits and they get you scheduled quickly and efficiently for any follow-up care. Overall great place.

So glad I switched to Deerfoot. They've been life changing for me & I couldn't be happier. Mrs. Kelly is my personal fave! And Dr. Grovenstein is so knowledgeable & patient.

Of course any person would want thier office to be clean and professional. They have taken all the extra precautions seriously and I thank them for going the extra mile for our health. They were all very nice respectful, fast yet very thorough overall 10/10.
