Staff was very kind, and did a great job explaining my treatment plan. Kudos goes out to the lady who cleaned my teeth this afternoon. I was very nervous at first but she made me feel very comfortable.
She was extremely gentle with me and pause a couple times to sure I wasn’t hurting.
I’ve had a lot of cleaning in my life and I have to say this was one of the best I’ve had thus far.

I was able to get a cleaning and I’m going back to get my cavity fixed same day. Everyone was nice and friendly.

The dentist always gives me anxiety, but the staff were so comforting and welcoming. The ladies at reception are AMAZING! Very sweet, fun to talk to and have such positive vibes. The dental assistant was so sweet and explained things in a way I could understand without making me feel bad about it. She is AMAZING! The Dr was also AMAZING! He got me in for a root canal same-day and made me feel calm and comfortable. The staff at this place is outstanding and I’ve never had a better experience than this at a dental visit. Thank you guys for being the best❤️

The staff here are awesome. I came in as an emergency walk-in and they were very friendly and welcoming. They made sure I was calm and comfortable before the procedure. I was in and out in an hour. They even had little puzzles and toys for kids in the waiting room. 10/10

I can’t say enough about this place! When you first walk in, you’re greeted by beautiful smiles that instantly puts you at ease, you know everything is going to be just fine. Then your taken back for X-rays and cleaning, once again your greeted with kindness, everything is clearly explained to you as you go on with your visit. You’re then greeted by Dr. Plourde who immediately puts you at ease, hes very caring and really listens to you. Every person I had the pleasure to meet were so incredibly welcoming! I walked in feeling nervous about what my options would be with my dental issues and left there feeling uplifted, encouraged, and looking forward to tackling my treatment plan. I HIGHLY recommend Alaska Dental Arts, they truly care about you!

I avoided the dentist for years after experiencing countlesss horrible dentists. The dentist here takes his time, gives you options within your budget, and is just an all around amazing doctor! I would recommend Dr. Phillip Plourde any day! He's caring, kind, and above all he truly cares about his patients!

The staff is helpful and kind. Dr. Chad was great. I hate going to the dentist but I will go back to Alaska Dental Arts for all my dental needs.

They are patient and help me calm my fears. Gental hands. Good sense of humor to calm the nerves. Glad I found them. Small clinic remembers who you are by name.

I called Alaska Dental Arts with a dental emergency, I had never been to their office before but they were able to get me in to see the Dr the very next morning. The problem turned out to be an uncommon and complex issue but Dr. P took time explaining everything so I could make an informed decision. They again accommodated the urgent nature of the treatment Dr. P recommended and the next morning I had my procedure done. I was not an easy patient, at all. For someone who has countless tattoos and piercings, I absolutely despise needles, I also burn through anesthetic like crazy (always have) so had to be numbed repeatedly during the procedure. At one point my stroll through nitrous valley went a little dark and for a minute I was the equivalent of a drunk toddler ugly crying because the sun went behind a cloud and I couldn't find my shadow. Dr. P and his amazing team (literally every person in that office is absolutely incredible) put up with me, kept me comfortable and literally saved my smile. I can't thank them enough!!

The BEST dental office I've been in! All the staff are very friendly, professional and accommodating. If I can give 6 stars, I would! Outstanding job every time!

I recently got my night guard and after 3 nights of trial, I went back for some problems and they fixed it right away! Very happy about it that I don't need to wait days for it.
I really greatly appreciate how they handle my case seriously and promptly.

And all other times we've visited the office for cleaning has always been great!
