Nice office and very friendly staff. I was able to get the needed work done today as I had a tooth crack off and needed the filling redone now that part of my tooth was missing. ( wasn't expecting it to be done same day as I am a new patient.) My dentist and her assistant explained everything that was going to be done today and were fast at executing their plan. I was also able to set up my appointments for the full exam and cleaning. I definitely recommend midtown dental.

Update- just had another amazing visit and want to give a shout out to the amazing hygienists as well as the doctors! Nikki just spent a solid hour fully securing a perfectly pristine smile :D I still love this place!
This is the kindest dental office ever. I have awful teeth and they always do a great job with great attitude to get my teeth into shape :) so happy i found this place and in process of converting my own mother (who thinks she has a great dentist but just wait! I know even She will be impressed.)

Absolutely fantastic team from front desk, dental hygienist, dental assistant and dentist. Super friendly and really focused on making sure the patient has a positive experience. State of the art equipment and online tools for paperwork, very efficient. Highly recommend!!!

I now am very proud of my smile, along with the great job that was carried out with expertise by Midtown Dental Center. I would recommend their services to all. I have had 2 dental emergencies (one in Feb 2020 and one in August 2020). Both times, they were able to squeeze me in same day. In February, I wasn’t even their patient yet. They do amazing work and are very thorough. It’s sad that Dr. McNees is no longer with the practice, but Dr. Schiller is amazing too! The staff is very nice and helpful. I have dental anxiety and they understand and still show they care. I can’t believe I went to other dentists in Anchorage before I was lucky enough to find this place. I will not go anywhere else now! Also, they’re open 7 days a week!!!!!

I have a lots of work done here and have been treated amazing by my Dr. and her assistance. The front seat girls were super sweet and kind called me by name even if I stopped in and hadn't called. I was absent for a good 5 months I would say, from being there regularly, called for appointment and was treated by new employees who aren't not as friendly and kind but was still seen and enjoyed the new doc I seen. Some changes and new employees have been made and Is say need some work in the costumer service and talking quieter about other patience. So all in all give and take on my opinion. I just hope they work on that a bit more and could be great again. God Bless

I love this office! Professional warmly friendly. Exceptionally helpful in every way from running down insurance details to putting records on a thumb drive (thank you Lana). My hygienist was very knowledgeable and friendly. (Thank you Nicky) Dr. Vivian is competent and caring. The printout details of treatment plans and specific costs is so helpful. I can’t say enough good about this dental practice.

I want to thank Dr. Vivian and the awesome staff for making dental visits a great experience for my husband as well as myself. We’ve been patients for almost 5 years. Every visit has been a good experience and we appreciate just how much they try to make each visit a welcoming and friendly part of our day. The front office staff are so friendly, even at 730 in the morning! LOL. We’re sad to have to leave the state but especially since we’re leaving Dr. Vivian’s great care!
