Don't know about dental practice but the receptionist that I conferred with regarding scheduling a teeth cleaning presented issue after issue. First, she made the mistake of scheduling me on a day that the dentist wasn't in so she called to reschedule a few days prior Second, she requested patient paperwork that said she sent but I never received. Third, she called two days before the new appointment requesting my email again because apparently she didn't get it correct after the third time telling her before.
I hope this isn't a reflection of how the dentistry as a whole is run but it was enough for me not to step foot in this place.

I went to river city dental to have 7 teeth extracted. They did them all in one visit, at my request, and did very quick and professional work. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new dentist in the Kenai area. I've been to a couple others and was less than impressed. I would ignore the one star reviews, one star is not an appropriate rating for their complaints. 2 or 3 stars would be more accurate based on the content of their reviews. Don't review 1 star because you're unhappy they made a scheduling error, that's unhelpful and rude.

Filling did not look very good my prescription for my tooth that was removed wasn’t valid cause my dentist didn’t renew number for my prescription so now I’m going to have to deal with the pain definitely changing dentists
