I had an abcess and I needed the tooth extracted. Dr. P was very rushed and told his assistant to give a prescription for antibiotics and come back the following week for the extraction. He left the room without a word to me. I returned a few days later for the extraction and was still swollen and hurting from the abcess, but he went ahead with the extraction. Which turned into oral surgery. He gave me a shot and returned a couple min later ready to start digging. I told him I am not numb yet. He gave me a little more novacane and returned again, put his gloves on and again I told him I am not completely numb yet. He started anyway. I was in so much pain and he was so ruff, I was in tears. He finally finished and just took his gloves off, tossed them on the tray and said "sorry I had to beat you up" and walked out without a word never to be seen again. I was left alone until the assistant returned and asked if I thought I would need anything for pain. Umm Yes.. I just had oral surgery, had a big deep hole with no sutures, practically without being numb.. I think I will need something. She came back with a script for a medication I cannot take which is clearly on my chart. I said I cannot take Hydrocodone because I get nausea and vomiting.. She left to tell the doc and came back with the answer of "just take over the counter meds" Really?? I felt I was treated poorly and not even talked to about my future dental work and care needed. I have insurance and had to pay twice as much as quoted because my extraction turned into a surgery. I was in pain and could hardly eat for a week after. This was my first visit and would never go back. I have had oral surgery, root canals, extractions, fillings, cleanings etc..and have never had so much pain and discomfort. I would have probably had better care in Mexico.

I WOULD GIVE THIS PLACE 0 STARS. REFUSED TO DO A PERIDONTIAL MAINTENANCE CLEANING AFTER ALREADY BEING SCHEDULED. THE APPOINTMENT WAS MADE FOR XRAYS, EXAMS, AND A PERIDONTIAL MAINTENANCE CLEANING FOR 118. 00. THEY RECOMMEND I HAVE A DEEP CLEANING FOR 1200.00 WHICH I COULD NOT AFFORD. I TOLD THEM I JUST WANTED TO DO THE PERIDONTIAL CLEANING. TRIED TO HAVE ME PAY 249.00 FOR MY XRAYS AND EXAM. AND WHEN I REFUSED TO PAY THAT APRIL THAN SAID IT WOULD ONLY COST 99.00. I AGAIN TOLD HER THAT WAS NOT FAIR SINCE I DID NOT RECEIVE ANY CLEANING AT ALL. THERE IS A COUPON FOR XRAY AND EXAMS AT 49.00 BUT SHE TRIED CHARGING ME 99.00. I WALKED OUT. I AM NOT PAYING 99.00 FOR XRAY AND EXAMS. I CALLED UP THERE 2 HOURS LATER TO TRY AND DISCUSS PAYMENT WITH SOMEONE ELSE. SHE TOLD THERE WAS NO ONE ELSE I COULD TALK TO. I ASKED FOR THE OWNERS INFORMATION AND SHE REFUSED TO GIVE ME ANY CONTACT INFORMATION AND SAID THEY WOULD JUST HAVE HER HANDLE IT. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. WENT TO ANOTHER DENTAL OFFICE THE SAME DAY AND SHE REFUSED TO SEND MY XRAYS OVER TO THE NEW OFFICE. THESE PEOPLE ARE SO UNPROFESSIONAL AND SO RUDE. THEY HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS WHATSOEVER. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE. TOOK MY TREATMENT PLAN TO ANOTHER DENTIST FOR A 2ND OPINION AND SAVED MYSELF 3,200! THIS PLACE IS MONEY HUNGRY AND FULL OF THEIRSELVES! I WOULD APPRECIATE IF THE OWNER WOULD CALL ME TO DISCUSS A RESOLUTION. I WANT TO PAY FOR THE SERVICE I GOT AND NOT FOR SOMETHING I DID NOT GET.
