Dr. Venerable and Staff have been my Dental care group for at least 16-20 years. Dr. Venerable is a kind and gentle Dentist who not only knows my dental concerns, but my physical health also. He and his staff are so good to me I consider them my friends.

This place used to be good but I'm so disappointed with their service now. I got invisalign with them and I called to re-schedule my very last appointment to finish my treatment, and found out that my orthodontist retired so they told me to call this other clinic that would finish my treatment, which I found out because I called them, not because they notified me, I went to the new clinic for my final appointment and they tell me that Stone Creek never sent them my file so they have no information of where I'm at with my treatment, what next steps to take, what else is included with my treatment so I basically went to that appointment for nothing just to sign a form so that they can request the transfer of my file and thanks to their negligence in doing their job to ensure a smooth transition to the new clinic, now I'm paused with my treatment until they send over my file, they also charge a $10 fee now every time you go in due to "COVID" which is something that other clinics don't do so it doesn't make any sense and I'm just going to look for a new clinic for all my dental services because I'm done with the lack of initiative on their part and making me waste my time.

First time at this dentist. The front office staff were friendly, the dentist was pleasant but I dont feel like they explained things fully. I thought as a new patient to the office that I would be introduced to and talk to the dentist and hygienist more thoroughly. The hygienist was pleasant but obviously distracted and didn't explain what she was doing and why. Not a great first visit.

Haven’t been to a dental office in a really long time but worked up the courage to do my research and find an office I could like going to. I called this office at the end of July, the next available appointment wasn’t until September 24th and I waited but the day before, I was getting a call to reschedule because the doctor wasn’t feeling well and the next available appointment wouldn’t be until October 13th. Today, on October 8th I was called at 10:40am to confirm this appointment and spoke to an actual person to confirm. By 2pm... the exact same day... I received another call to cancel this appointment because now the doctor just isn’t available. I had hopes for this place but it seems to lack a lot of professionalism and scheduling abilities.

Dr Venerable and his staff are the best. I love the fact that I can come in an emergency or reschedule a cleaning appointment if necessary. I left my previous dentist because if I had to reschedule a cleaning it would take months to get back in. I highly recommend with more than 5 stars.

My visit for teeth cleaning & Dental check-up_ by Kathleen & Dr Venerable was not fun for me however they were the ONLY reason I didn't run screaming from that office. I have huge anxiety about Dental work & was in part the reason I didn't make appts for a couple years. Kathleen was VERY gentle and patient with me & Dr Venerable was patient & kind with me as well.

A great experience! Desiree, the hygentist did an excellent job. Mckenzie at the front desk was a sweetheart. Office is beautifully decorated. I'm so glad I have a new dental office I really like. I will definitely be going back.
