VIP Family & Sedation Dentistry

I’m deathly anxious about dentists! So much so I refused to go to anyone who didn’t offer sedation. I live in Dewy and decided to come to Cottonwood due to the sedation dentist in Prescott not being very nice and or friendly AT ALL. I had a dental emergency and they were able to get me in as soon as possible ,the staff and the doctor are PHENOMENAL people! Very nice VERY INFORMATIVE and CARING! They all made sure I was comfortable even with all my anxiety they took their time with me and listened to all my concerns and questions. They are also very affordable! Due to Covid my husband got laid off there for our dental gave out and we had to pay out of pocket for new insurance. While I couldn’t wait to see the dentist and my insurance didn’t kick in in time like they said it would it cost $29 for the x-ray for my teeth of the problem area. I decided to get full on x-rays for an additional $50. I am VERY happy with my experience here, I’m still very anxious about the upcoming procedure but I know I’m in the BEST hands.

I had a great experience at VIP Dentistry, I needed a root canal and it went way better than I could’ve expected!.. on top of that, Dr. Khari decided to pull a wisdom tooth out since I was already numb (better to get that out of the way). I have an appointment set up to get the other 3 pulled next week! Eric was very attentive and professional.. he was super knowledgeable in his work and kept me informed on what they were doing the entire time, which really helped settle my nerves!

I HIGHLY recommend this team! Also, they are more affordable than other dental offices I’ve been to! You won’t be disappointed going to VIP Dentistry

DO NOT USE VIP Denistry!!! My girlfriend decided to have some major dental work done with these clowns. From the start we should have turned and run. She has gone to 6 different appointments that she drove 1 hour one way. Only to find out that her teeth were not ready. The office couldn’t even take a second to make a call. On the day of her surgery, they pulled 6 teeth and after telling her they would prescribe some strong pain meds. They gave her Ibuprofen! She was in pain for 2 weeks and her mouth got infected. What a joke this place is. This all started in May of 2021. It’s almost November and she still doesn’t have her bottom teeth completed and her top teeth don’t fit and hurt her mouth. If you want your dental work to take 7 months and get lied to almost every appointment…. Then his is your dentist.

Worst staff, no respect , no turns .When I called to ask if they sent my signed paper to release my information from my previous dentist after 2 weeks of signing it , I never got an answer and when I asked when and if it was ever sent ! Cindy answered me …. Maaam I think you should find another dentist .
My friend did impressions and waited 2 months for her partials , after 2 months of wait they called her to go back and do the impressions because they lost it ….. I don’t know who get good service from them ?!?

Dr Kari is very professional in his work and so is his staff. He has done a complete rebuild of my mouth with several bone grafts and implants. All I can say is GREAT JOB.

What an amazing experience, I was very nervous about having teeth extracted, and I didn't plan ahead. I ended up in higher levels of pain then I can continue managing, and noone in the dentistry profession in my neighborhood seemed to be available for days. Somehow I was able to find VIP Family Dentistry - they saw me the very SAME DAY, performed the X-rays AND the surgery in that same visit, and had me smoothly on the way to recovery with NO PAIN! THANK YOU SO MUCH, I will be recommending you to everyone I can!!

I was quoted what I thought was a fair price for the dental work that I needed. They offered a discount if I paid cash. So I paid almost half up front then paid off the balance over the next couple months. NOW that was May 2021, its October 22nd and I still don't have my bottom teeth. This place is a joke. The staff is afraid to say anything because the Doctor will fire them. The Doctor is nothing more than a used car salesman.

They saw me on short notice due to an emergency of an infected and broken tooth even though appointments were booked up for several weeks. I needed a root canal and they did it the very next week and even stayed late so I could get it done quickly. Everyone was very nice and accommodating and made sure I was comfortable and well numbed! Very good, 5 star treatment!

I've been here twice and have had wonderful experiences both times. The staff is so sweet and kind, Dr. Kari's assistant even held my hand through the numbing injections. Dr. Kari is fantastic! And this is all coming from someone who is utterly terrified of the dentist. HIGHLY recommend. 🧡

I came into the office on February 3rd 2021 was told I had an infection and needed to take antibiotics before they could do any dental work. I took antibiotics for 3 weeks came back in on February 26th for a root on one tooth a tooth extraction on another. I was told I still had an infection and needed to complete another regimen of antibiotics before they could do anything on my teeth. Here we are at the end of March and I still have not been notified by the dentist office for an appointment or had my teeth taken care of. I rate this business one-star because of a lack of professionalism
