My wife had an urgent need and the office reps said they had to “pre-approve” her through our insurance company, and would call us back to schedule an appointment. We never heard back, which is why I rated them as a 1 star.

My girlfriend had the worst experience here. She went to get a crown on her tooth and she ended stuck in there for four hours. After getting her tongue cut, gums cut and bleedng, and her top tooth shaved down(not the tooth to be crowned) she was sent home with no crown on her tooth and an $800 bill.

Great staff, AMAZING dentist! I have been going in and out of dentist offices for the past 20 years with teeth problem, this is BY FAR the BEST dentist and dentist office i have ever experienced! I would recommend Dr. Medina to anyone!

If you ask for a reschedule they will tell you you have to wait for 6 month + 6 months = 1 year! This is clearly unprofessional and unacceptable.
