It had been several years since I visited the dentist. Bridget was very thorough and gentle doing my very involved cleaning. Dr. Peters did a terrific job - his skill numbing the area to be worked made the process virtually painless, and my new crown was a perfect fit on the first attempt. If you are in the Flagstaff area, and have been putting off dental work, you will be very happy to have Dr. Peters as your family dentist.

Fear no more! Excellent dentist and excellent staff. Dr. Bacon, his hygienists, and everyone in his office were completely understanding and unendingly kind about my high anxiety toward dental work. They did everything to reassure me and, moreover, gave me my first ever pain-free filling.

Dr. Bacon is sensitive, thorough, and conscientious in his work. He has always monitored my situation and status, and has kept me pain-free throughout all of the procedures he has needed to perform on my teeth. I have been going to Dr. Bacon for over 13 years and will continue to do so until he retires. Even then, I may try to talk him into coming into the office just to treat me.

I have been to Dr Bacon many times over the last 7+ years. I have also been to other other practices. I am glad to be back in Flagstaff because the others were just not as good. I have a very strong jaw so weak dental work just gets crushed and breaks. He takes the time to learn things and thinks about what he does. His recommendations are often based on a lot of thought and ever evolving over time. He really strives to do the best work he can and continuously improve. This ethic spreads and hygienists and office staff are also enthusiastic and serious about what they do.

I was referred by a coworker and in the past I've had very bad experiences with dentist and that all changed the day I got work done at Dr.Bacons location! Dr.Peters ensured me i was in great hands and he was absolutely right!! The staff is very friendly and they have a strong passion for a better smile! I strongly recommend Dr.Bacons family dentistry

I have been to a LOT of dentist in my life and Dr. Bacon is by far my favorite. He is kind, understanding and easy to work with on tough dental issues. The staff is nothing short of the sweetest group of people to back up an amazing dentist. I would always recommend Dr. Bacon for anyone's dentistry needs. Including my parents that have now switch over to him.

Dr. Bacon is: quick, gentle, frank, precise, honest, and as an aside - funny.
His staff are incredibly helpful, and professional! In a nutshell Dr. Bacon and his staff make a going to the dentist a fun, enjoyable, and stress free experience. I highly recommend them!

Dr. Bacon and his staff are great. I had a terrible problem and needed a root canal asap. He examined me, made a call and scheduled the procedure 2 hours later at a locale that does root canals. As far as professionalism and friendliness...they are all awesome. The girls make me feel better as soon as I see their pretty smiling faces. They put me at ease, in a place I would rather not frequent. Oddly enough I actually enjoy going because of how friendly everyone is. Dr. Bacon and his staff are the whole package. Professional, knowledgeable, skilled and I'm not sure you could find a more amiable dentist in all of Flagstaff! Had a horrible experience today at Dr Bacon office. My family has been coming to him for the past five years. I had not been in for a cleaning in just under year. I went in today to get my teeth cleaned and all that was done is measuring my gums depth. Then I was told I would have to reschedule for a deep cleaning. I am sure we are getting charge for the appointment today even though nothing was done and it was a complete waste of my time. They should of just look and said we need to schedule due to the fact we need more time for a deeper cleaning, but that not what really upset me. I walk to the front desk, and I am told they will need to make two appointments to do the cleaning. I then asked for a quote on how much my insurance would cover and I would have to pay. I even just asked how much the deep cleaning was. I was told I could not get a bid or have them call my insurance company, or set an appointment without a $200 refundable deposit. I wish I could ask for a $200 deposit every time my company had to give out a bid especially after my family has been coming to the office for over five year. I personally will be looking for a new dentist if you have to pay a deposit to get a bid and set up an appointment especially when we have insurance.

dr. bacon is an excellent dentist, one of the best i've ever had. his procedural recommendations are knowledgeable and helpful. and the members of his large staff are superb! all are very friendly, competent and professional. a most highly recommended dentist!
