Arrowhead Ranch Dentistry

I went in for my 6-month Check up. Laurie was the Dental Hygienist who I saw. I found Laurie to be very personable, courteous and knowledgeable! She gave me a good update on the condition of my teeth as compared to the last visit. She provided me several real-time pictures of a few of my teeth on the monitor, and offered some recommendations for me to consider for better dental care. There were no pressure or scare tactics to get the work done, and left it solely up to my decision.
Overall, I was satisfied and made my next appointment for early next year.

Love this office. They are efficient, clean, friendly and they do a great job on my teeth! Also, they know how to handle the questions with the insurance company, so i don’t have to deal with it! Thank you everyone! See you in 6 months! Make your appts!

Dr. Mark Chase came highly recommended to me about 5 years ago. His office staff are always pleasant and professional. Billing department staff will check your insurance for pricing and explain your options. I like the fact I receive text messages a few days prior to my appointment and a personal follow-up phone call the day before, for a reminder and to see if you have any concerns prior to the appointment. The workmanship Dr. Mark Chase and his Dental Assistants, I have only high respect. They try to be as gentle and caring as they are empathetic to your procedures they provide. I like the fact they explain the various options they provide that would be in the most beneficial for a positive outcome. Dr. Mar Chase takes his time and will answer questions you ask, you do not feel rushed. Their equipment, are the newer technology in dentistry. I just had invisalign put in this week. Yay! 💜

Several years ago I read an article about a dentist that went above and beyond the norm. They talked to their clients like they were people, they encouraged their comments and concerns and were overall guest-centric. Now I know that that article wasn’t about Arrowhead Ranch, but the thing is…it COULD be. Easily, the most personable, professional office I’ve been to.

Arrowhead Ranch Dentistry exceeded my expectations. We had been trying to find a dentist office that was a singular location, not part of a chain, and I had remembered this place from passing it years ago. Most of the offices we'd been to had polite receptionists, hygienists, and dentists, but this place was more than just polite. The services they have are top notch, and for what can be done, it's not too bad on price. I was shown exactly what was going on with my teeth and where, instead of being told without visual aid and being told something that I knew not to be true (like needing a bite guard at night when I know I don't grind my teeth). I highly recommended ARD. The staff are exceedingly friendly and professional, the dentists know exactly what they're doing, and as far as I know, they aren't going to attempt to trick you for money.

The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Nate does outstanding work. I had to have 2 crowns and he did them in office in just a couple of hours. The fit of the new crowns is much better than other crowns I have. No snagging floss at the margins and color is very natural.
I am very happy I found Arrowhead Ranch Dental.

I am super nervous about any dental needs and this place was cozy, beautiful, CLEAN, smelled good and very welcoming. I had to get a filling done but felt NOTHING from the injections. I will absolutely go back again, and probably be less nervous

This was by far the best dentist visit I’ve ever had! I’ve been going to the dentist twice a year since I was little and Arrowhead Ranch Dentistry far surpassed my expectations. From the atmosphere of their office (an adorable cottage) to the cheery disposition of all the staff, this is a must go to dental office. The dental hygienist who cared for me, Wendy, was the kindest person and by far the best hygienist I’ve ever had care for my smile. Dr. Dockstader was also great. All of the staff is very nice. Hygienists do good job at cleanings. Ina dm out for appointments easily.

My only experience with this dental office was when I came in for a routine cleaning last summer. I was 3 months pregnant so we couldn’t get X-Rays. However I was told I had 5 cavities. Hard for me to believe since I have only had 1 cavity my entire life. I ended up deciding to wait until after I gave birth to get them filled.
I went to a new dentist who was able to take x-rays and turns out I have ZERO cavities. He told me I had some shadowing that could be mistaken for cavities but otherwise my teeth looked great.
So my advice is if you’re told you have a ton of cavities…get a second opinion.
