Normally I don't mind going to see Dr. Darian & his staff but lately the service has really gone down hill. There have been numerous billing mistakes the past 2 years. I always have to catch them. I have been overcharged twice & always have to wait weeks to get my money back. Whenever my husband & I go for cleaning we always feel like we are being "sold". We just want our teeth cleaned not to be pressured into buying things from the hygienist. Obviously they are on commission. The last time I was in for a cleaning I waited 30 minutes even though I arrived on time. I got no apology for the hygienist running 30 minutes late. She than took over an hour to clean my teeth. It would of gone quicker but she needed to keep trying to sell me mouth guards, special mouthwash etc... I didn't appreciate being there for 1.5 hours for a cleaning. It's like our time is not worth anything to them.

I drive from Scottsdale to Glendale to see Dr. Darian. He is the best dentist in the city! When there is a problem Dr D gives you options and often recommends the least costly one, and his work is impeccable He is, simply the best!
