Thoroughly upset, went in 3 weeks ago to have 3 teeth pulled as I couldn't aford to have them fixed and Arizona complete care only covers 1000. Dentist said he wouldnt pull them because they could be saved, wasn't told that one tooth a specialist would have to do the work. Talked me into rite canals and caps and bridges, finance girl told me and never mentioned specialist either said that total bill would be 1898.00 so I agreed to do it. Today went in the worker on 2 teeth, rute canals and 3/4 build up until crowns could be done. Then I get the bill for total including everything except bridges and now it's almost 5 thousand dollars, asked about the other quote and girl said we if you have that paper we honor it. Well I dont have that paper. Now I have to pay out of pocket to have the 2 teeth the worked on and the 3rd from a specialist to be pulled anyway and get a partial because I dont have that kind of money and they just used my 1000.00 from insurance. These are con artist and liars, do not ho here unless you want to be taken for a ride. And spend way more than you should have to when the quote different prices. Now I have jacked up looking teeth untill I come up with the money to get them fixed.

Went through many different dentist before finding this office. My children and I LOVE it! They always make our experience very enjoyable! Highly recommended!!!

Very bad service. They would not prescribe a simple anti-inflammatory that would have helped with the pain. There was no reason for denying me the prescription. They did not seem like they even wanted to do their job. Then I had to wait 3 weeks to get an appointment for an emergency situation with severe pain. They did not want to prescribe antibiotics to make sure I did not have an infection before the extraction. I asked but they refused to do anything. Terrible and very unprofessional service. They need to lose their license or have some type of consequence for treating people this way.

I came in here initially to get my teeth cleaned, upon arrival I was given forms to fill out, even tho my mother has the legal right to do so for me. On the way out, I was told again to sign something. A statement saying I was treated. I have no idea why it was necessary but I signed it regardless. The dentists assistant was nice, but told me rudely not to suck on the straw that removes water, which was common at every other dentist I've ever been to. When I asked for an explanation out of curiosity, she stopped talking. The dentist came in to see me, and was acessing my teeth, naming off teeth that need work, and didn't explain anything to me about my own teeth or what he was saying. I left after an unsatisfying appointment and decided to give them another try. Big mistake. My mother called to schedule one filling, and was told they could only schedule two at a time. So my mother did so and neglected to tell me. We arrived at the 2nd appointment and once again i was greeted with papers. This time my mother spoke up and insisted she fill them out. We waited a short amount of time, and i was called back. My mother was about to get up to come with me and I was told she cant, theres no place to sit. (there was the first time) I insisted and was told that there is a small uncomfortable stool in the room for my mother. We walked back, and we made small talk. I was very nervous so I wasn't talking much and she accused me of being angry. I told her that I disliked denists because they always hurt. I told her the last time i got a filling, neither the numbing or shot helped the pain. She insisted that it would. She brought out the topical and started numbing the left upper side or my gums.Then, without any prior warning, she ran the needle into my left upper gums. It was still hurting me, but i was trying to endure the pain. She kept stabbing in areas without asking me if i was okay even though i was obviously tensed and in pain. She then continued to run the needle into my gums on the bottom jaw. I couldn't say anything because a needle was in my mouth. I started crying and then she finally stopped. At that point I was in hysterics and figured out that they were going to do 2 fillings because "it was more convenient for them" not for me. I was trying to get up to leave but 2 denists assistants tried to hold me down. The dentist came in and told me I needed to exit the building, because i was scaring kids. There was a large sign near the door saying screaming maybe be heard, but that its normal. I was ready to leave at that point, and gathering my things when the dentists assistant told me that 2 fillings would only take 30 minutes. Then i heard the dentist again, he said "she needs to vacate the building now.". So, I left.
TLDR
Went in for 1 filling, dentists assistant did not stop hurting me, got kicked out for crying and then yelling when i was held down.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DENTIST FOR ANY ADULT AND ESPECIALLY NO CHILD.

Magic smiles has a very friendly staff with a welcoming environment. They were great with both my kids and made them feel comfortable during every visit so far.

Staff is wonderful! They treat me and my child with great respect and give her the best that she deserves. I recommend thIs dental office to anyone!

The front staff are very nice and friendly but the dentist doctor bala was very rude he made me feel horrible about how bad my kids teeth were I understand if he explaineds how my sons teeth are but he just Kept telling me that my kids teeth are bad I’m a busy mom of 4 I’m trying my best and that’s why I decided to take them to the dentist for my kids teeth could get better, I had to walk out because I couldn’t hold in my tears of how much he was judging Me ,He had no patience for my son that is three years old he wouldn’t sit the right way and it seemed like it upset him and he said sit down and my 3 year didn’t listen as he was a bit nervous it was he’s first time Going to the dentist and he says ok I’m not going to work on you when I walked out he tells the Distance assistant I don’t care if she hates me I’m just telling her what I see and he says that in front of my 9 year old still in the room .. i’ve never felt so humiliated in my life before . watch out with the dentist dr bala.

If i could give the mesa office a BIG FAT 0 i would. I went there a couple months ago cauze i was in so much pain. I wanted the teeth pulled cause i was going to get dentures. The dentist started pulling them then he stopped and said i need to be referred to a surgeon to get them out. Now he tried to pull 3 and left then partially out cause it i was going to the surgeon. When i went to another dentist he took xrays of my mouth and he found that this dentist in mesa left tooth fragments in there and roots and broke my jaw bone. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS OFFICE. This dentist seemed like he was in a rush said by bone was like rocks

My children and I went to they first appointment at this facility... They enjoy it immensely... All I kept hearing was how nice the dentist and staff were... We all loved the idea of a play area for them... They even had Netflix, which kept my 2yr old preoccupied... I will definitely be returning...

My kids love this place. My 3 year old tells me constantly he wants to come to the dentist! The staff are friendly, and they have a quick system they use to see my 3 kids all at the same time.
