Dr. Flaherty, Brett DMD Center Point Dental in Payson AZ

I am seeing Dr. DiQuattro for dentures and have been extremely satisfied with him and the entire office staff. They really care about their patients and have given me so much support. Everyone has a great personality and they make dental work something I no longer dread.

Dr. Diquattro is a very nice, personable man who answers all my questions in a way I can understand, I would never see anyone else but him. I love his assistant Kayla, she is so sweet and kind. She puts me at ease as soon as I see her smiling face. Working with Heather in the front office is always such a pleasure, I really enjoy walking in and seeing her sitting there.

Their office has the most up to date equipment and is always spotless. I would highly recommend their office to anyone needing various dental services!

Absolutely cannot give this business enough praise! When you walk in the door you are greeted enthusiastically and pleasantly. The staff seem to be very happy working here, and that to me says a lot on its own. Whenever I walk in the door, I honestly feel like they are family, they are caring and want to give you the best service possible. Both Doctors work is exemplary, their prices are reasonable and comparable and they truly want you to be happy with the outcome and will do everything within their power to accomplish that. I have been to another dental office in town, and have found them severely lacking in all of the above. That dental office was much more concerned about what they could gain from you financially then how to treat you properly and competently. With Center Point Dental, I had some complications when I had a tooth extraction and bone graft, and both Dr. Flaherty and Dr. Diquattro were quick to respond to any requests from me regarding pain or regarding medication issues. To me, that says volumes, when both of these Gentlemen are willing to contact you after hours and spend the time with you to make sure you are comfortable. That shows above and beyond care and service. The Staff that they employ are exemplary in all ways! Our family actually looks forward to going to the dentist, due to the care that we receive. This practice has state-of-the-art equipment, and are able to do crowns on the same day. I find that extremely convenient and extremely practical and their work is impeccable. I highly recommend this office for any dental needs!

Not only great friendly Dentists, but EVERY one of the staff are kind and attentive. They have truly changed my life. I haven't smiled this much in my entire life as in the last 6 months since they have taken my tricky case and gave me a smile I am proud of! The MOST compassionate Dental office in Arizona!!

Well I have to say, I'm rather pleased with everything the morning after. Honestly, I wasn't expecting having this much completed, I can actually see an end in sight.. knowing this makes me extremely happy.. however, the original reason I went in was to drain this blister, this morning I can still feel it with my tongue. Not sure what to expect at this point.

I called two days ago and left a detailed voicemail asking if they can call me back as I was calling to see if they accept my dental insurance and are accepting new patients. No reply back. Today I called to see if anyone was available to ask questions and to see if I can get my husband and I scheduled on as new patients and still got the same automatic message. I decided not to leave a voicemail. That is telling me two things. They may not open due to Covid protocols and they just didn't change their voice message to let people know that office hours have changed. Or, they are not great at answering the phones when customers/patients call. Secondly, if I can't receive a return call back by the next business day that tells I will be looking for another Dentist office to transfer to since moving up from the valley. Too bad. Based on the reviews this looked like it would have been a great Dentist for us.

Center Point Dental staff are the most pleasant and knowledgeable I’ve encountered anywhere. I’m new to Payson and was able to get an appointment within a few days. From the front desk to the chair, they are comforting, efficient, and take pride in educating patients. These are genuine community-minded professionals, and I would recommend them to anyone.

I was always nervous when I had to get work done on my teeth but Dr Flaherty is very gentle, and the hygienists she was awesome !!! Great & friendly staff and very professional.

People were respectful and helped me alot.

Staff made me feel comfortable and although I had a hard time relaxing they were understanding and encouraging. I appreciated the honesty about my dental problems and the fees. The treatment plan seems reasonable and doable.

Dr flaherty and my hygenist were great. It was a stressful day for me but they went out of there way to be kind, compassionate, and explain all my options. Thank you both!
