So I will be the first to admit that I completely ruined my mouth. My daughter had a ortho appointment next door at E&S and I had a severely infected tooth that had cracked. My dentist was closed at the time so I walked next door. Within 15 minutes of just walking in I was in a chair with Dr. Prost numbing me up. The tooth had to be surgically removed and he did so on the spot without a appointment and made me feel very comfortable the whole time. Upon the follow up appointment we realized that I sneezed a little to hard and tore a hole in my sinus cavity. Again without hesitation he fixed the issue and with no pressure to do so mind you (that's a jab at the negative reviews that I find un founded). Even went as far as getting ahold of my insurance to find out what they cover and what they dont so they can tailor make my treatment schedule to be not only affordable but as painless as possible. Needless to say my entire family and friends will know how amazing I was treated by Dr. Prost, his assistant Dee, and by his hygienist Tiffany. If I could give more them 5 stars I would. Thank you again Dr. Prost and staff you have not only earned a patient but a friend and my trust.

I have been going to Fletcher Heights Deltal Care for about 15 years now. I love how the staff treats you like family. Dr. Prost is probably one of the most sincere doctors I have ever met! He makes you feel at ease when you're a little nervous. I highly recommend this dental office!

Was a patient here for a few months. After first visit they said my husband and I needed a total of 5 grand of work done saying I had 8 cavities and my husband had 15. Understandably expensive for most people I went to a friend who's dentist office had been rated number 1 in Maricopa county for the past 3 years and I had 1 cavity and my husband had 4. We paid a grand total of 250 dollars at a Scottsdale high class office. We should have just gone here in the first place but its quite a drive for us so we tried Fletcher Heights Dental care out because we could walk there. I'm still thinking about how sick a business has to be to charge people for unnecessary dental surgery. It's super unethical. Steer clear of these con artists.

Been going to Dr. Prost for nearly 2 years. Excellent dental care. Office staff (Jen) couldn't be more pleasant & helpful. Tiffani has been doing my routine maintenance/cleanings, but Amanda did my last one. I told her she had big shoes to fill, as I have been very happy with Tiffani. She told me she would do her best and did not let me down. I was very happy with her.
Going to the dentist is probably not my favorite thing to do, but Dr. Prost is very thorough & does great work & his assistants (Denise and Dee) help to make this as pleasant as is possible. Thanks to all of them!!!

Had a fabulous experience with Fletcher Heights Dental. At the recommendation from a patient, I called their office to see if they could help me with a crown that fell off. They got me in right away and fixed the tooth and fitted me for a new crown. Dr. Prost and his staff were very professional and friendly. I’m a snowbird from Illinois but if I ever move out here permanently, all my dentistry needs would be serviced by Fletcher Heights Dental Care.

Clean, beautiful office with a very friendly staff. The dentist and hygentist explained everything they were doing and all recommend work as well as cost. All of my questions were answered and Dr. Prost went over my questionnaire/paperwork himself to address my concerns directly. I've already recommend this office to my family!

Best dentist I have ever been to! The entire staff makes you feel welcome and the most thorough exam ever. They even give you a printed out plan for your treatment.

I have ALWAYS been scared of the dentist. That's partly why I never went. Then one day my best friend took me to her dentist's office so she could pick up her Invisalign. Everyone was so eager to help me feel at ease there! When I decided to start looking for a dentist, I did not hesitate to choose Dr Prost. He is the best dentist I have ever been to. He and his staff are very good at what they do. They are so informative and they don't mind explaining things to me more than once! When I had to make a decision about my teeth that was a MAJOR dental procedure, Dr Prost talked with me and gave me the tools I needed to make the best decision for myself. It's not everyday that someone you know brags about their dentist but I do! I tell everyone I can that if they are looking for a dentist, this is the place to go.

Fabulous everything. As much as I hate having my teeth worked on, they make it easy. Communicative, friendly and fun, this is definitely the best dentist I’ve ever been to. Happy to recommend them.

The service was over the top friendly, which I now understand compensates for the doctors lack of a bedside manner. I was a referred by my partner, who also mentioned that he seemed to try too hard and had bad jokes, but he was extremely offensive and lacked a filter. He blatantly questioned my "partnership" stating that "it was not legal in this state and how did I swing it?". He made additional comments about my partnership possibly thinking he understood the topic, but clearly did not. He also made random and inappropriate comments and kicking a dog in the face to shut them up and shooting his "yappy neighbors dog". He made these comments after I explained my dog had just had 14 teeth extracted a few weeks ago. Unknowingly to him, I also had to put another dog of mine to sleep about 6 months ago. He was arrogant and ignorant. I called his staff the next day and explained I would not be back in. The office manager was very nice and apologetic and stated she would let the dentist know. I never heard from him to apologize, as he so seems as if he tries to convince his customers he is so concerned with his practice. He also has a referral system and advertises that he sends out a $25 gift card for first time referrals. Since my partner was a referral, the person who referred her received a $25 gift card. While I was at my appointment he was signing the referral card and said I would get to enjoy part of her $25 gift card, I joked back and stated " I would have to make sure I intercepted the mail so she didn't get it". Needless to say, after I complained, the discrimination, that I now feel stems out of that office continued because all we received a card stating my partner was issued a $25 office credit, not the gift card that they say they send or that her referral received. Blatant discrimination again. I have experienced discrimination before, I myself an not blind and know what it feels like, this world is not perfect. I think what bugs me here is that this office put up a grand facade. They walk you around the office, every single person says hello, they show you pictures of his kids, they interview you so the doctor can talk to you about the questions they asked (all of which takes a good hour and is frankly a waste of time). All of this for the doctor to treat someone with intentions of discrimination as clearly noted by his actions and follow through not only in the appointment but he he responded by his lack of his gift card gesture and his lack of regard for any bedside manner. Beware of this place and this type of treatment.
As far as his actual dental services, I recommend a second opinion. I was told I should invest in services in which I was NEVER told in years past for dental issues I have always had and additional services were not needed. This seems to be a common practice at his office as people on YELP have also stated the same.
