Dr. Cooke is a great dentist and really cares about his patients. I've been going to his practice for the past year and have always felt comfortable and well-cared for. At about the same time COVID-19 shut down Arizona, I was due to have two crowns changed from temporaries to permanents. Unfortunately, the shutdown occurred and I was stuck with two temporaries until it lifted. No big deal, I can wait. Fast forward to last night, when I chewed something wrong and one of the temporary crowns popped off. I messaged Dr. Cooke early this morning to ask for an emergency appointment, and rather than waiting for Monday, he told me to come in this morning (Sunday)! He fitted both permanent crowns and I was in and out in an hour. Thanks Dr. Cooke!

Nice Nice Dental is AMAZING! Not only did they remove my wisdom tooth in under 10 min (including numbing and clean up) but there is no pain! I used NO pain meds for the first tooth Pulled and I was fine. The numbness is long gone and I'm on no pain meds still. I can eat and drink no problem and there is little soreness. I always highly recommend them!

When your "Tooth-hurty" go see Dr. Cook, Desiree and Rhonda! Dr. Cook and his staff provide outstanding service and professionalism. He is definitely the best dentist I ever had. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Every experience I've had with this office has left me feeling like I was treated and cared for as a person!

I went in for a simple routine filling for a small cavity filling and I was in the chair 1 1/2 hour and he seemed to be struggling. After the filling I had pain in my tooth for 8 weeks and went back to his office 4 times to try to figure out what was wrong. Each time he readjusted my bite and sent me back home. The most recent visit he told me I had a tooth abscess and had been misdiagnosing me the whole 8 weeks.I currently have a dead tooth and have to get a root canal. He costs our family thousands of dollars. On top of the root canal I will also need a crown that will cost us another thousand dollars all because he misdiagnosed me. Oh by the way I am ONLY 18 years old. I have not been able to eat on my left side for over 2 months now. After he FINALLY diagnosed me, he sent me home without antibiotics. We had to call his office and request a prescriptions for antibiotics and he was shocked he forgot to send us home with them. He is a nice man, but this Is unacceptable. Too many mistakes!

My family drives all the way from Mesa to see our favorite team at Nice Nice because there simply isn't a better dentist in the state of Arizona as far as we're concerned! You will feel so welcome here & know that everyone genuinely cares not just about what they do but about you as well :) As long we live in Arizona we will always come to Nice Nice because as the name implies these guys are so sweet & did we mention NICE?!
