We have been going to this office for years. The staff is simply AMAZING!! I don’t think you’ll find this type of family atmosphere anywhere in town when it comes to the hygienist, front desk and even the amazing billing lady. They are all wonderful and caring individuals. Unfortunately, I can’t say the same about the Dentists. They have two of them, one has zero personality and the other is a bit cocky. The Doctors seem more interested in the money aspect of it verses the customer service. Hopefully, the staff can guide them to learning more about the importance of long-term customer service verses the quick buck.

Been going here since it was Dr. Alexander's practice. When Dr. Alexander retired, the transition to the new doctors was pretty seamless. I really enjoy getting my checkup done by Tracie, and Dr. Ehrick is very detailed and an overall nice guy.

Staff is friendly and office is clean, however, it’s quite frustrating when inaccurate assumptions made by the billing staff on what’s covered and the frequency of which services are covered results in me having to pay for service because it wasn’t covered and insurance paid nothing because they scheduled it too early.

You feel like everyone cares about you here, and as we all know going to the dentist can be anxiety heightening, this is the place that understands and helps you. The dentist here is amazing, very responsive to your needs and even makes sure to reach out to make sure you are well and informed of what to expect. There aren’t enough words to explain how kind and accommodating everyone here is. Truly a gold standard for every dentist office!
