What a delight it was to visit this office, truly. From the moment I walked in I was greeted by a lovely young lady, so kind and pleasant. Then the whole experience following made going to the dentist a breeze. The hygienist was loads of fun, charismatic and easy to talk to. Very gentle. Dr. Ambridge was so kind and knowledgeable. She was very thorough and efficient. They all took the time to answer all my questions. They had state of the art tech and TVs while you get worked on. While checking out, the high level of customer service continued. Highly recommend this office!

As a pediatric dentist myself, high quality of dental care is delivered by the doctor and the team on consistent bases. That’s the reason I choose Dr. Ambridge as my personal dentist.

I love this dentistry! Dr. Ambridge always makes me feel at home and in trusted hands along with the rest of the great staff. Even when I have to re adjust my schedule, they work with me to get appointments at the earliest convenience. I also have high anxiety but they’ve been very accommodating to help me feel calm. Would recommend this dentistry to others!

My son's tooth broke and we scheduled an appointment here to get it fixed. When we arrived the woman at reception stood up and kindly offered her hand to shake. My son was able to play a Nintendo while I filled out the paperwork, which was nice. When he was called back the dentist and the attendant were both so calm and kind it put him at ease... and when working on his teeth he watched TV on the ceiling! Lol! We set a plan for his future work and I look forward to bringing myself, husband and daughter to this office as well!

A year later and my whole family STILL goes here - and loves it!

I was in to see Dr. Ambridge today for a crown. All the preparation and temporary crown were performed admirably. Dr. Ambridge does a great job of explaining what she is about to do (and why) at each step of the process. She and her assistant made sure that I was comfortable throughout my appointment. Another 5 star rating! I continue to highly recommend the Smile Institute and Dr. Marina Ambridge!

Very pleased with the experience. Dr. Ambridge and the staff made sure I was okay and comfortable. I had several extensive dental procedures by them and they were almost completely painless. Will definitely continue to come here for my dental needs and recommend them to friends.

Dental appointments for many people are viewed as stressful. From the time I walked in the door until exiting I felt at ease with process. The staff are professional, personable with positive attitudes. I would and have highly recommend The Smile Institute.

I was dreading my teeth cleaning appointment today, due to having my wisdom teeth removed just 3 weeks ago. I expressed my nervousness and anxiety about my mouth being sore still from the beginning of my appointment. I really couldn't be happier with the outcome of my experience today. The receptionist at the front desk was so personable and friendly that she really helped calm my nerves from the beginning of me walking in the door. Then Amanda, my hygienist who preforms the teeth cleaning, is absolutely amazing. This was my 3rd or 4th visit here and it is their standard practice to book clients with the same hygienist which is so nice to know what to expect. She was so so patient with me, continually checked on my comfort level with each thing she was doing, stopped frequently for breaks so I could close my mouth and respond to her adequately. Just so gentle and painless for the whole experience. Then Dr. Ambridge was also very patient and kind. She listened to all of my questions I had for her and was also super gentle when looking in my mouth. She thought everything looked good for the most part and was able to help explain why I was still sensitive after the wisdom teeth removal 3 weeks ago. (This location did not preform the wisdom teeth removal however, Dr Ambridge had previously provided me with a referal for who did preform the surgery and that was a great experience also!) I came in so worried about this appointment today and it was one of the best experiences I've had at the dentist ever. This location, staff, and Dr Ambridge continue to impress me. I would highly highly recommend, especially for folks with high anxiety like myself.

Absolutely, without a doubt, Dr. Ambridge is the most incredible Dentist I have had the pleasure of meeting. I feel blessed to have found my way to this amazing office. I have visited a few different dentists over the years, had many procedures, and I wondered where she had been the whole time!
The office is professionally run, the staff are friendly, and the cheerful energy makes you feel like you are in the right place. What more could a patient ask for...? As far as equipment and technology, she has gone all out and is second to none! What an absolute incredible place. Amazing, I would give them 6 stars but they still only allow us to give 5! I am truly grateful for the amazing service this office provides, and the wonderful leadership of an incredible woman! Thank you Dr. Ambridge!
