I received a postcard in the mail that offered an exam, X-rays and a cleaning for $59. i received the first 2, but was denied my teeth cleaning. Instead they presented me with an invoice for $487.00!
This was noted as "unspecified periodontic procedure". All this came after Dr Easton told me my teeth looked good! I am 79 years old and have visited many dentists offices during my life and I have never encountered an operation like Tru Dental! Don't waste your time or money!

I have been searching for a new dentist in the area for a while now. I saw the beautiful new office and thought I may have found ''The Place''. Well in my first few visits Dr. examined me and suggested that I have all of my wisdom teeth extracted. His logic is that they were in a difficult position and hard to work on. He suggested if I wanted to save them ,he could suggest a specialist. (little did I know the real solution was a few hundred feet east!) I gave in and let him extract one of the wisdom teeth.My confidence in the doctor there was very low. Talked to my previous dentist that worked on my teeth for over 20 years and he told me that was not the case and do not have any more pulled without another opinion. He was also a very close friend. Bad thing he is 1700 miles away.
Another issue I had was with the billing. The person that I was dealing with there was difficult. Assuring me she has been doing this for a long time. I have had my Union benefits for dental a long time also. I listened and had not received a notice that they have changed. I made the call just to reassure myself that I still had those parameters despite being told ''your wrong''. I received assurance that nothing has changed. When I returned and informed them that what I had conveyed was indeed correct. At that point I was told that they will make a call and check on it. I was thinking that should have been completed before this whole episode began.

I had to switch dentist office and Tru Dental was able to get me in quickly for teeth cleaning. They seem organized, the office is modern and well kept and the staff is great. The location is great, very convenient.

My experience today could not have been better!
I received a post card advertising the new dentist office location and some of their specials . I needed to replace my dentist as mine had retired. The office staff from the first phone call got me in the very next day, got all my x-rays, teeth cleaned, and Dr exam!!!
They all made me feel so welcomed. No up selling in this office like some do!! I will definitely go back and be a happy patient! SHARON

I don’t know where to start with this post, but here it is. I am 37 and have had bad teeth my whole life. I have always been hesitant about going to the dentist because of being embarrassed and fear of ridiculed by them. That was until I met Dr. Ward and the office manager Laura. I owe them so much for making me feel comfortable, and smile again. I ended up having to get all my teeth removed and getting dentures. That was an extremely hard pill to swallow being 37, but Dr Ward and Laura helped me feel so comfortable with it. I can smile again, and I can’t even tell they are dentures. I would recommend Tru Dental to anyone, especially if you have anxiety with dentists, they are so warm and caring. I absolutely love this place!! Thanks for making me smile again!!!!

Florenza was awesome and so patient with me. The sweetest. All the ladies in the back were so very nice as well. Great experience, I'll recommend to anyone. I had problems with my insurance and they're patient enough to wait for my updated information.
