Dr. Ho and her dental assistant, Chris, took great care of me. The office has modern, high tech equipment which revealed the hidden problems in my teeth. The photos and x-rays showed dental problems and Dr. Ho reviewed the photos and x-rays with me. I saw the problems which had gone undetected by two prior dentists who did not have the updated equipment. Dr. Ho and Chris are professional and caring. Dr. Ho sets the tone with her smile and warmth. Miguel at the front desk reviewed the expenses and my insurance coverage. The facility is clean and the staff were personable and professional. Dr. Ho is great. I would recommend her to a person looking for a great dentist.

First time visit for an emergency (broken tooth). Staff was very helpful in scheduling an appointment (within the next day). Dr. Im and her assistant Angie were excellent in explaining the treatment options, performing the treatment comfortably & timely, and following up the next day to make sure I recovered well. I look forward to having Dr.Im as my regular dentist. Thank you so much Dr. Im, Angie, and staff at Camelback Smiles!

My anxiety has been heard, understood, and accommodated for while being here. I feel so comfortable knowing I won’t be in pain and the staff is kind.

Avoid this place at ALL costs! This place is absolutely awful! I went in for a regular check up and to take care of some cavities. I had a root canal I needed to take care of, but I already have a trusted dentist that is taking care of that. I told them I only wanted my insurance covered services and to get an estimate of what my cavities would cost after insurance to fill. They ignored EVERYTHING I asked them. First they put me with a dentist that was considered out of network even though they knew what my insurance was. Then they took xrays that I did not authorize as I made it clear I was only authorizing covered services. Thirdly, the dentist OBSESSED over the tooth I need a root canal on. I explained to her about 20x that's not why I was there and then she had billing come over and give me a quote on the root canal. I literally felt like I was in the Twilight Zone. No one was listening to me. I spoke with the director and finally got the quote on my cavities and scheduled for fillings, but then tested + for covid. I decided during my recovery that this wasn't the place I wanted working on my teeth considering the whole debacle.

Five star. They are so patient professional and The finance department is so great they make sure they explained my Financial options.

If I could give no stars, I would. I used to live near by and could walk to this place. However, since my last check up... I WILL NEVER RETURN. The front desk staff.. sucks, not professional, and functionally illiterate. I had my teeth cleaned by a DENTAL ASSISTANT.. not a dental hygienist. After my appointment was done, I let the front desk staff know, actually I called to make the complaint and a female answered and would relay my message to the doctor. THEY NEVER GOT BACK TO ME.

Fast forward to a couple of weeks ago, they called for me to schedule a check up appointment and again, I had expressed what I told them regarding the dental assistant cleaning my teeth. This time it was a male that called me and again, I have not heard anything from them. No call, NOTHING. So if you'd like to have a better experience, I suggest another place that would actually apologize for the mix up and instead of covering their butts.

I spent four days at the dentist for an abundance of cavities that I’ve avoided getting filled. This is the first office that I felt super comfortable at and wasn’t scared or nervous. I would never willingly spend four days getting cavities filled if I didn’t feel well taken care of. The entire dentist office is so friendly and I felt so welcomed and cared for. Dr. Felien is a absolutely wonderful and I truly loved being under her care. She listened to all of my needs and was insanely nice. Nora was with me a lot of the time and she was an absolute gem. She brought humor and smiles, which is pretty impressive when you’re mouth is being worked on. I would easily recommend this office to anyone. I kept switching dentist offices because I was never happy and this is the first one that I’ve stuck with. The whole office is wonderful and I’m oddly excited to go back in six months!

I felt welcomed and greeted by the entire staff. Each member was invested in my dilemma and very eager to help me. Very clean and nice office with warm people. It was a distinctly unique environment that I have never had at a dentist before, happy. Everyone working was happy to be there and it made for a much better experience. Yes, I had to pay $33 with what was not covered for everything I got done, but it was 100% worth it. My Hygienist was funny, my dentist was knowledgeable and friendly, and all the staff was genuinely caring. I will be back!

I’ve had many bad experiences at the dentist before, so I was pleasantly surprised by the care provided at Camelback Smiles. The dental hygienist, Liz, is fantastic - she is professional, clearly knowledgeable and experienced, and makes the process of getting your teeth cleaned a breeze (which is no easy feat!). The front office staff is always straightforward with pricing, and will work with your insurance to try to get the best price. I will continue to go here for my dental care, as well as recommend this location to my family and friends!
