Front desk reception is exceptional & she's always kind / friendly. The staff as a whole goes above and beyond to guarantee you have a pleasant experience. Kelli or Kelly (sp?) is AMAZING! She's gentle + kind and explains step by step during the process. I no longer fear going to the dentist! THANK YOU!!!

My experiences at Dr. Kethcart's office have been outstanding! I am greeted in a friendly, prompt manner and I was provided a tour of the office during my first appointment as a new patient. I was introduced to all the staff as well to make the experience more comfortable and inviting. I really apprciate the extra steps that are taken to ensure my comfort and understanding of the procedures that are preformed. I was offered a blanket, music, etc. which is something that I have NEVER been offered by any other dentist's office. My x-rays were reviewed thoroughly with me, as well as payment options, to assist in making a wellness plan that would fit within my budget and current circumstances. I will continue to spread the word to my friends, family, and colleagues looking for a reliable, professional dental provider. You definitely can not find this level of customer service and quality of care in any other dental office in the central Phoenix area. Thank you Dr. Kethcart & team for all that you do!

I’ve been a longtime customer of the dentist who used to own this practice, and just recently had my regular cleaning done. I was impressed by the new practice, and was glad to have my normal hygienist, Kelly, who’s always kind and super professional. I’ll gladly continue visiting Premier Valley Dental!

There are not enough words to say how great Stephanie K Dentistry is. The experience is very positive. Dr. Ketchart is very professional, gentle and very informative. All my dental appointments with her have been very positive.

Great staff, explained everything. Good client intake, I felt very welcomed and they remembered how to pronounce my name!! Something that bothers me all the time, it's the little things. The hygienist was great tried to make me comfortable and Dr. K was great too very informative and helpful. Afterwards they explained to me what additional work needed to be done and how my insurance would pay for it and what portion was mine....completely helpful and friendly from start to finish.

I, like many others, am usually afraid of the dentist. This is the first dentist's office I have been to in the Phoenix area that has explained to me what the process was going to be like. They always take extra measures to ensure I am comfortable. Also, if you like oldies or Christmas music, maybe you can hum along with the Dr. like I did :) I love this place!

I've spent hours with Dr Stephanie and her crew at this point getting several long-needed repairs. I'm a big baby when it comes to going to the dentist, however, Dr. Stephanie has made it way easier than I could have ever imagined. Maria and Kellie have been very helpful assistants, and Sonia was really awesome at calming my nerves through a long procedure with her very gentle handling. I would recommend them to anyone who's just plain scared to go to the dentist. If I can do it, you can too. Take my advice and call Stephanie K. Dentistry. Thank you.

Just outstanding! Professional, courteous, thorough, and Dr. Stephanie is very talented! I was afraid of getting dental work and taking care of my teeth until I met Dr. Stephanie! She and her team from Kellie to Greta to everyone else are excellent.

So yesterday was my first visit to this office. I left one of the known "dental chains" because the service was bad and everytime I went in I always felt like they were just trying to take my money. I chose Premier Valley Dental because of the great reviews on here and also because it's very close to where I live. As soon as I walked into Premier Valley Dental the service was great from the get go and after I checked in I didn't wait too long like I usually expect when I go to to the dentist. The whole time in the chair the dental hygienist, Kerrie made sure I was comfortable and informed on everything she was doing. The dentist, Alexandria Schwei was awesome as well! I met and talked with her briefly about my teeth. She was very informative and easy to talk to. She suggested a few things to me that my previous dentist never offered (even though one of those things was their mistake) and I didn't feel rushed like I had to spend my money right away. I recommend this place 1000%!!

Still receiving calls from debt collectors who want me to pay a bill for service I never requested. This dentist office told me I would only receive cleanings that are covered under my insurance policy. Then this office changes management without communicating to me and now I have a bill for services I never wanted.
