First time patient for a broken/infected tooth that needed extraction and the staff and Doctor were all wonderful. Had an appointment booked for a cleaning but found out I was pregnant a few days before. They were unwilling to do a cleaning without X-rays despite having no pain or concerns with my teeth and told me I could come do X-rays and a cleaning in second trimester. I told them I would prefer not to do an X-ray at all during pregnancy since I have never had any concerns with my teeth and didn’t want unnecessary radiation but they still refused to just do a routine cleaning. Clearly they just want money and the ability to bill my insurance for extra procedures and don’t care about working with patients and their needs. Really unfortunate that this didn’t work out since it is so close to my house.
