I have always been a wreck when it came to being seen by a dentist. I was new in town and needed a dentist and found Dentist Hales. Its been 3 yrs now and i wouldn't consider seeing anyone else. The staff is so friendly, the dentist is kind and understands the fear that comes wirh dental work. I have recommended them to several people. Cindy, the wonderful lady who deals with the insurance is great too. She goes over EVERYTHING with you, so you aren't left in the dark.

We are lucky to have Dr. Hales here in Sierra Vista. My implant looks like a natural tooth, couldn't get a better match. He has the most advanced dental equipment I have ever seen or been treated with. Wow, 3D Xrays and digital scanner for impressions, you would have a hard time finding that even in the city. His work is very professional and the cost is reasonable. His staff is friendly and his assistants are also very professional. Glad to have them in Sierra Vista.

The practice is aptly named "ADVANCED Dentistry"--it's absolutely the BEST and most advanced dental care I've ever had anywhere--and they're right here in Sierra Vista. I've learned so much about particular dental issues, preventive and corrective measures and general information, that will hopefully help me to keep my teeth in better shape for the rest of my life, wherever I go. If more "stars" were possible for this rating, you'd get them from me--you all are the BEST!

Dr. Hales and his staff are very professional and do an excellent job. Cynthia always takes good care of my son and I and our teeth always feel great when we leave. Staff always makes you feel special- today they were giving our a free white rose to all their female patients. Best dental group in Sierra Vista by far :)

Awesome doctor, very kind and does what is best for the patient. Another dentist in a different town wanted to do 13 fillings on my 7yo daughter so we went to Dr Hales for a second opinion and he said she didn't need any fillings at all (and she never did have trouble with any of her teeth). My whole family went to him after that and we have loved every visit. His dental work is top notch and you can fully trust what he recommends.

Love going to see this team for all my dental needs. They really are gentle, compassionate. And when I freak out (more often then I care to admit) they give me time to recompose. Let's face it, going to the dentist is not the thing one is looking forward to; however, this team makes the experience not suck :-)

I am very pleased with the friendly staff and the excellent care I have been given. They have been very thorough in assessing what care I need. All my concerns and needs have professionally taken care of and in a timely manner.

Called with a toothache and they were nice enough to squeeze me in between other appointments. the office was busy but the Staff was friendly, understanding and made me feel welcome. I never felt like an inconvenience. Dr. Hales took the necessary time to explain thoroughly the procedure and answer questions. He must have all the latest technology, because I have been to at least 20 different dentists in the last 40 years and his was much more advanced than anything I have seen before. I know I wasn't the anomaly because I called this morning after my wife lost a filling and they were just as accommodating. You may have to wait a few weeks to get a regular appointment, but the wait is worth it.

Advanced Dentistry is by far one of the best dentist offices I have been to! The Dr. and staff are amazing! Both my children are seen here and my son has braces from them. Very friendly, clean atmosphere, awesome place all around. I highly recommend to anyone!
