The Sundome Crossing Dental Office staff were very professional and friendly. They explained everything they were doing and made me feel comfortable. Dr. Ali was informative and took time to answer my questions and set up a care plan. I never felt pressured to agree to any treatment. They adressed all my financial and insurance questions.

Three strikes and your out. I made an appointment, they called next day to change the time, I go to appointment and they had to cancel cause no hygienist, so we reschedule for days later. Then I show up to the second appointment and they tell me that the appointment made was not approved and I'll be waiting up to an hour!?! After that being said, I opted out from being a new patient there so I left. If, I'm getting this kind of service right off the bat it only sets the stage for what is behind the front desk.
My time is just as important and they have wasted my energy as well. I was very disappointed!

Omg!!! I am so happy I found this place! I didn't have a local dentist. This morning while driving to work, my front cap fell out..It was devastating 😢..I Googled..found them They were able to help me just 3 hours later. Kelly, the dentist was so nice and fixed it! Ashley, the assistant was also caring! She knew how I was feeling about it. The whole staff were awesome! I LOVE this place!

His work is perfect. Louise is the dental hygienist, he is very good and caring. The whole staff is friendly and very professional. They make you feel comfortable during procedures. Love this dental office.
