Absolutely amazing experience! Alexia is the best hygienist and so friendly and comforting. I needed to be numbed for a deep cleaning and she was thorough, knowledgeable, and careful throughout. Nobody necessarily likes going to the dentist but Alexia made it as easy as possible.

My family and I have been going here for years. The staff has changed over the years, sometimes good changes, sometimes not so good. Currently the dentist and hygenist are very efficient, friendly, and helpful. I really like the 7am appointments!

I was going to General Dental and my experience was terrible. I was recommended by my boyfriend to Associated Dental. From the moment I walked in the front office staff was wonderful and cheery. Larysa, the one of the dental hygienist took me back for exrays. She was kind and considerate and explained everything. Before my visit Dr Asadi made sure all my care was arranged. Dr. Schwartz was amazing. I did not feel like she was in a hurry. She took the time talk with me and answer my questions. It was the best dental experience I have ever had. Thank you to the dental team at Ina and Thornydale, you made a good impact; no pun intended.
Sincerely,
Angela B.

My appt was at 7am, Dr saw me for about 2 mins and told me I had to be sent out for a procedure. I was told there were going to call 2 offices for me that opened up at 8am an try to get me in that day because of my pain and to verify my insurance with those offices. Well I'm still in pain cause I never received a call. Poor customer service if you ask me.. They obviously don't care. This was my first ever visit with them as I'm looking to find a new dental place as well but I will be calling an looking for business else where that has no connection to this place.

I gave this dental office high ratings until this year. First, my dentist moved and when I went for my appointment in February, they simply informed me that she had moved and I had been randomly assigned a new dentist. The new dentist decided one of my fillings that had chipped needed to be replaced with a porcelain filling on March 10. In that appointment, they put a temporary filling in with instructions not to floss and set an appointment for March 31 to replace that filling with the permanent one. Because that filling is a bit rubbery, it hurts to chew on that side of my mouth. Due to Covid-19, they sent me an automated email saying they had cancelled all elective procedures and would follow up with me sometime after April 6th. I called to find out what that meant for my temporary filling, and not only did nobody answer, nobody called me back. I called again last Friday, same result. Now, I have a bill in the mail for the procedure that was not completed, and the number they gave me for billing inquiries is the same number nobody answers. I'm furious, and if they didn't have to still put that filling in, I would never go back.

My hygienist appeared to me in a bad mood for some reason-totally unlike her. I was annoyed that due to Covid I was unable to get my teeth polished (understandably), but although the cost of that was a savings to your office you still charged me a PPE fee of $15. She had to leave the room during my exam and came back in the SAME GLOVES as she left with. I don't know where she went or what she touched....and again I was charged $15 extra. Gloves should have been changed. I would also bet that the paper gown she was wearing hadn't been changed all day. Not such a big deal with me EXCEPT I was charged $15 PPE fee. I would think that would be a fee your office could absorb. I was also not asked if I wanted fluoride (I didn't) and then was charged extra for that. Not my best visit...

This location has been my provider for 5 years. The staff is attentive and explains the process. It is always a pleasure to see Grace and the entire staff. I highly recommend them.

Leilani Sare is the best!! I just had a serious periodontal cleaning. She was amazing....very gentle, very smart, done quickly. She was non-judgemental and very educational. I left knowing what I need to do....
Great Job!! Won't dread return visits anymore!!!!
