Front desk staff is the worst. Spoke to Janet and confirmed my appointment waited in the car for 15 minutes and called to see why no one has come out to get me and was told I didn’t have an appointment. Not the first time I’ve had an issue with front desk staff and with appointments. Big change from previous Dentist. Beware. Here the patient is not respected nor valued.
