After several last minute cancellations at another practice, OrthoPros fit in my daughter's surgery within 2 days so we could use insurance that was ending soon. The office staff was very friendly and super helpful! They jumped through hoops to help us. Dr. Kacer was friendly and answered all of our questions and explained everything thoroughly. We are more than happy with our experience and would highly recommend them to all of our friends. Their office was also very clean and inviting.

By far the kindest least expensive best dentist I've ever been to!!! The gentleman behind the desk was so helpful and made me feel more comfortable and relaxed. Dr Caroline I think was her name, she was so understanding about me being in pain that she was able to see me the same day I called. She was so efficient and good it took only 10 minutes and never once did I feel anything. I will definitely tell everyone I know about this place and was so happy with everyone in there. Thank you all again for what you did!

I went in with horrible tooth pain and I quickly got an X-ray that was sent right back to the tv in my patient room & Dr Kacer quickly found out my wisdom tooth was impacted and infected! She talked me through the process of removing it and said she had the extra time right then and there to remove it! I was shocked and so happy that I didn’t have to wait. She distracted me by talking to me the whole time about random things I felt very comfortable. I got a little scared before the procedure and her assistant Tiffany wiped my tears for me and told me it was going to be just fine. They are the most compassionate people I’ve ever dealt with in the dentist world!!

Both the doctors and assistants are knowledgeable and willing to answer any and all of my questions. My two boys and myself had braces applied and maintained by OrthoPros. While my boys had standard metal braces, I chose Invisalign. All of us have achieved excellent results. OrthoPros staff are always timely, professional, and gentle. It is also very easy to obtain appointments and their office is inviting and clean. Their costs are comparable to other local orthodontists and they offer payment plans. I would not have continued to go to the same place for years if it wasn't a great experience!

I found Ortho Pros through my insurance in looking for a consultation to remove my wisdom teeth. Throughout my visit all the staff was very informative, helpful and kind! Dr. Kacer was wonderful as well as she explained how the procedure would be done and why she would have to take certain measures due to my specific case. I especially liked how they did not make me feel pressure or badly that I did not have my braces with them and in fact reassured that with the procedure it would help my orthodontist through the final stages of my braces! I would definitely recommend this place!

this place is positively amazing. this is the only place that would take my acchs plan and my dentist referred me. i was in so much pain I kept calling the messaging line so they knew it was an emergency. they moved up my appointment 2 weeks. I'm not sure what I would have done if I had to wait until dec 17th the pain was just simply getting worse and I was getting less functional. Dr Kacer I hope I am saying her name right is a superior oral surgeon and she's very kind and to the point. she is the most proficient doctor Ive ever experienced of any kind. i had a lot of people praying for me too this all worked out so well. I'm reading this list of all these things I'm supposed to be feeling and doing and there's no need for it. my extraction clotted perfectly in a matter of a few hours. if you have Arizona Total Complete or whatever come here if you need oral surgery. The entire staff was welcoming and empathetic to my pain very quick and to the point which is great I'm busy too I went directly from there to work. thank y'all so much and God bless. I rarely post reviews but you ladies deserve it. all I have is soreness which I have medicine for the relief was worth writing all this. I'm so grateful.

The dental hygienists in the back are very professional and eager to answer all my questions regarding my son's braces.
