My daughter was a bit nervous to have her fillings done and Janna held her hand and made my daughter feel comfortable, which made me feel comfortable. My appointment was on time. Dr. park was professional fast and sufficient. I also loved that I could be in the room with my daughter to have her dental work done. Keep up the good work!! I will be returning to finish up her dental work☺👍

0 STARS! Very rude!!! Unapologetic, insincere and don't care about your health. All they care about is money and don't even apologize for their service. Worst place to go for any dental emergencies or any type of service. Don't bring your kids or anyone here. You're better off going somewhere else.

My kids first appointment took almost 3 hours for 2 cleanings and exams! That is ridiculous. My daughter had to get a crown put on during our second visit. Dr. PARK was great. However, they did not give me any follow up instructions at all. They never called in her prescriptions. I had to go back and complain. And now tonight my daughter had blood running down her face and i have NO follow up information or anyone to call so IDK if it's normal or.not. Currently watching her sleep with cotton putting pressure on the gums to stop the bleeding.

First time with my 14yr old they worked around our schedule they where very professional. Impressed by the gentlemen who ran the front area temps paper work ect. My daughter appointment was thourgh with cleaning and eval for wisdom tooth extraction scheduled before the holidays and on a sat. Bravo

My daughter had her first dentistry visit. She was a bit scared but the staff was great and very nice. Will definitely keep bringing my daughter back.

I like to thank the front desk and the whole crew for their very professional, efficient, and kind work. Today I came in with broken tooth and they referred me to a dental surgeon. I will come back even for my daughter.
I highly recommend this place.

For the most part this dentist office is alright but if you are a frequent visitor you will encounter their “weaker” moments but only in the front . after signing in the desk people are too wrapped up in why they are doing at the computer that it’s like they don’t even see you. Waited in the waiting room looking stupid on 2 separate occasions. The first time I actually missed my kids apt cuz they didn’t “realize” I was there. The second time I had to go back up there and ask “uhm isn’t there paper work for me to sign..?” They quickly apologized and gave me the paperwork but as I said this happened before and I missed the whole apt because of that simple mistake. Not cool. The people that answer the phone when you call to schedule i think are located elsewhere but they are super rude and seem annoyed with having to do their job. On the OTHER HAND in the Back ; the Dentists are super Great and so are their Assistants. You can tell they truly care about their patients.

Normally I don’t have issues here besides the wait time. Frustrated today because no one called me to inform me that they are closed after they are the ones to call me and rescheduled my kids for today at 4. Leave work early, drive 30 minutes to get here just for the lady to say they’re short staffed. I get that. I’m not upset about that. I’m upset of not being notified that they canceled us and wasted mine and my kids time.

waited an hour to only hear " ah few more mins - ah few more mins ."" place is terrible how many people actually work here to work all i seen was people walking back and forth like ants with suger . go somewhere where theyare going to talk to you and explain what is going to happen . and 15 mins early was on time . to still not been seen by dentist an hour later .no thank you terrible place . TERRIBLE TERRIBLE
