Horrible experience ...front counter staff lied several times to my face about sending request to Dentaquest for authorization on my insurance ...I am a new patient and have been asking for a cleaning since my first appointment ... Counter person at front desk replied WE sent a "LETTER" 5 weeks ago to dentaquest for authorization and they haven't gotten back to us yet ...SO ..I called dentaquest ...they said they don't get request thru the mail ..its online and no they never got a request for a comprehensive exam and cleaning for my teeth .....I'm going to request my insurance company drop Gentle Dental from they're group of providers for they're completely outrageous and terrible service and conduct .

worst service ever.The front assistant dont pay attention, they overcharged me and now they dont want to refund my money. They tell me they will tell the manager and when i call to check the status they tell me they have no record of it, and it starts all over. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DENTIST OFFICE.
