I had to schedule an emergency appointment, the staff has been amazing. They have walked me through the process and helping me with follow up appointments. The facility is very clean and well taken care of. I highly recommend this office and will be coming back in the future thank you kindly!!!!!

The staff is so incredibly friendly! I went in for an exam, and I was also able to have my teeth cleaned the same day due to a cancellation. Highly recommend! 6 months later, I had an issue with a wisdom tooth. I explained to Dr. Santiago my last extraction experience, and I mentioned I am terrified(horrific). He was kind, gentle and proactive in making sure I was not in any pain. They really live up to their name.❤❤❤❤❤❤

I rarely take time to review any business, however, this experience for me was notable.
I had a crown break and made a same day appointment. The staff at Gentle Dental, North Oracle Rd was exceptional. The Dental assistant and dentist made this experience a great one. She was personable, efficient and honestly I have never had an assistant keep all of the water out of back of my throat ever for a long duration, but she knew her stuff. The dentist was friendly and clear about the procedure and sang a few notes with the music.
He was caring and got the job done. The rest of the staff was very friendly and helpful. Best dental experience I’ve had and I’ve had a lot!

I've been going to this location for a few years now, and have always been completely satisfied with the care I have received. Today, I took my 6-year-old daughter in for a cleaning. She gets very anxious when going to the dentist, and I was gearing up for a difficult appointment. But Leslie and the other staff made every effort to help her feel comfortable and welcome. They were patient and encouraging, and by the end of the appointment my daughter's attitude had changed completely. This was by far the best appointment she has had, and I credit the staff for the great care and understanding they showed her. I would highly recommend this office for adults and children!

I had an emergency with a crown that fell out in my front mouth. Was able to get an apt with Gental Dental asap! I'm 93 and have neglected my teeth for sometime but the staff there were so friendly. Dr. Santiago made me feel so comfortable Said he could put tooth back. He had great sense of humor. One of the best dentists I have ever been to in all my 93yrs!
