Easily the best dental experience that I have had in over 30 years. Dr. Roberts is a truly gifted Dentist. I came to his office with severe tooth pain. Scheduling was easy and the staff member on the phone was very friendly and there was an open appointment available that day. Dr. Roberts was very thorough in his explanation of what was going on with my teeth along with the treatment plan that I needed. From there, his staff was amazing at going over every possible financial option until we settled on an option that was very fair and affordable with a monthly payment plan. The payment was much better than I was expecting. I met with Dr. Mathews also who is very competent and I believe is a great option there as well.
I was experiencing a 10/10 aching pain to my tooth and I had been putting off a dental visit for over 6 months. If I had known that everything at this office was going to be this smooth and efficient, I would not have spent those months in the pain that I was in. There was plenty of parking available and the office itself was very clean and well-maintained. Dr Roberts and his staff made me feel very comfortable and greeted me by name when I entered into the office. When the treatment was performed by Dr Roberts, I experienced hardly any discomfort at all and by the time I left the office, the months and months of tooth pain was completely gone! I have had over 10 different dentists and this is by far the most helpful and pleasant visit I have ever had. As I write this review, I am smiling completely pain free and without any discomfort at all. I strongly recommend Tucson Spectrum Dentistry and will make sure that any friends or family that I have will go there as well. Don't hesitate to give them a call.

I switched to Tucson Spectrum because we moved 40 minutes south, and we were too far from our old dentist. With the same insurance, we were routinely charged WAY more than our old dentist, received condescending service, and felt like we were being scammed.

At our old dentist, I had slight periodontitis, while my wife did not, and knew I was going to need to get deep cleanings to fix that, and I had to get a 600 dollar cleaning and routine maintenance. Spectrum however, upon seeing both of our teeth in the same year as my deep cleaning, decided that unless I spent $1800, they wouldn't let me get a routine cleaning, when I refused they guilt tripped me for 10 minutes and then made me sign a paper saying I didn't care about my teeth. I then had to request a regular cleaning, and they charged me 140 dollars for it, with it only being 20 dollars at my other dentist. Terrible attitudes and worse pricing, but the cherry on top is that we have gone back to our old dentist and they said my wifes teeth are FINE. 26 dollar visit, compared to Spectrum recommending she get 300 dollars worth of cleaning and double her visit frequency, claiming she ALSO had periodontitis! Thats crazy, considering she cleans her teeth CONSTANTLY and now after going to the old dentist, they say she has NO SIGNS OF PERIODONTITIS. If I cant trust my dentist, why the hell would I go to them?

Showed up early for my 2pm appointment for checked in and waited… saw a few patients that came in after my go back before me after waiting 30 minutes I walked out, come to find out they moved my appointment to 2:30 without anyone from the staff conveying that to me

I will never go here again!! Had a bad tooth ache, they came in reviewed my situation told me I needed 2 teeth pulled said I had a broken tooth and the next one had an infected pocket underneath so I said how much? The dentist told her to put me on the discount plan as i had no dental insurance well she did and charged me to be on the dental plan!! After all done it was 680.00 to pull 2 teeth i asked why so much she said in case the teeth break well maybe you should wait to see before you charge. Also maybe antibiotics would have cleared that infection too before pulling!! If I hadn't been in so much pain I would have walked out!! Never ever go there!! All they want is $$$$$.

I wanted to thank you Kenneth for doing a superb teeth cleaning. I’ve received the same treatment a few times but only Kenneth managed to find the cause of my bleeding gum and fix it just be cleaning my teeth with high precision in places no other could see. Kenneth, well done, Dr. Liu should be proud.

After reading the reviews I realized that I was not the only treated badly. They do not want to give you a regular cleaning, they want you do a deep cleaning knowing the insurance won't pay for it. I was told I would get a quote for services, never received. Dr. Liu refused to do any cleaning on my teeth. She referred to my "age" as one of the reasons I needed a deep clean. A little unethical.

From the time I opened the door at about 7:50am ish the service was great. I was greeted promptly and with a smile. I didn't have my insurance card, really I couldn't find it, the receptionist was so helpful. She had me type my SSN# in, total privacy. The xray technician was awesome, a gentle person. My Hygienist, Cecilia was so knowledgeable, kind and gentle in cleaning my teeth. The dentist Dr. Lorenz, what can I say, she was an absolute gem, explained everything thoroughly. I truly appreciate the medical and support staff assigned to me. I would highly recommend this office. Come and see for yourself!

Went in for the first time for a deep cleaning and checkup. Great experience! Evelyn was a super star! She took my x-rays and made sure I was comfortable and answered all my questions! Came out with squeaky clean teeth and I will definitely be going back!

Super pleased with my visit. The team was great Dr.Roberts, Viri, Estefani and Yailenne were amazing. Explained all treatment well and answered all my questions. They all deserve a raise!! I would recommend this office to all my friends and family
