The Dentist and his team were so AWESOME They all were very friendly/personalable and walked me thru every step of the way in getting my crown. The appointment process was easy, they helped me understand my insurance, and Troy Bartels DDS (along with his Dental Assistant) was very caring and did an outstanding job.
Also, the location was easy to find( I am new to the area) the office / waiting area was decorated very professional and comfortable , the treatment area was very clean and with super modern technology & equipment. This denist office is a 5 STAR - AAA+++ .

First of all i would like to say the ladies at the front of the house are amazing! They make you feel welcome and take the edge of the dentist appointment off by being kind and helpful. The ladies at the back of the house are amazing also. Super knowledgeable and experienced so there isn't any oops moments. And the dentist Troy Bartels is gentle and perfectionist who won't settle for anything less than the best for his patients.

My very first experience with Dr. Bartels was nearly 20 years ago as a college student with no insurance and a weekend dental emergency. He came in to help out a broke college student he’d never met and gave me the opportunity to make payments on my bill that I could afford. Over the years since then, my husband joined me there and loves all of the staff as well. They have seen both of us through multiple dental corrections, and never hesitate to make us a priority. Even when we aren’t always the most punctual with our bi-yearly appointments, they stay in touch and make it easy to get back on track! Most recently, both of my children have started seeing Dr. Bartels at 10 and 8! He and the entire staff are wonderful with my kids and they truly are a family-friendly practice. I can’t imagine going anywhere else!
