I have went here since I was 10, today I took my son to get his first dental exam. My ex husband wanted to come so the information didn't have to be passed down from the doctors to me to him. Well we was walking into the back and I cracked a joke about his teeth and he laughed and laughed about the joke, well the nurse told me if I talked to MY SON that way again I would have to leave or go sit in the waiting room....then she decided to tell me that it makes her job harder..after I watched her pull up in a 65,000 dollar car outside...sitting in a air conditioning building playing on her phone and gets a hour lunch break a day.... She then decided to tell me I'm doing a bad job at keeping my sons teeth clean because flossing scares him... I told my son he is going to have to start flossing and he got scared because it hurts. She told me it distracting to my son if we was both back with my son while he got his teeth capped. And that one or both of us would have to sit in the lobby or LEAVE AND COME back whiley 6 year old son is in the hands of such rude people. She then decided to tell me that she is 50 something years old and never had a filling or cavity... Like its relavent to the fact my son had 4...then when it was time go go she told me my comment makes her want to punch me in the face. I will NEVER go back to Parkway Dental again because of the way this nurse treated me and my ex husband. I immediately called another dentist in Conway and told them the gruesome story I had literally just experienced and they told me no one would speak to me that way or in front of my son while there.
