Infected tooth needed removed they took a 3d scan and showed me the issues then got it taken care of. the staff was amazing and I didn't feel ashamed of the lack of dental care do to lack of insurance.

We love Siloam Smiles! Both of the hygentists we saw made my kids feel so comfortable and helped calm any fears they had! Dr. Chavez was so kind. Everyone there is great with kids! I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

Dr. Chavez represents himself as a Pediatric Dentist, and this couldn’t be further from the truth. We took our 5 year old son for a consultation and after an exam and X-rays the doc said he had 3 cavities. The office quoted us $1200 to do the repairs and scheduled us for the following week. We showed up to our appointment after giving our son an oral medication that was supposed to calm him along with the gas so the procedure could be done. After 2 hours, we were told that our son was uncooperative and we would need to see a Pediatric specialist. What the Hell was he!!!
We scheduled an appointment with Ozark Pediatric Dentistry a week later, and after that visit, the dentist said our son had NO cavities. Only some stains that are common for some kids. I can’t believe that he would have had some traumatic, unnecessary work from Dr. Chavez.
My point is , be ware for dentist who say they are pediatric, because family dentist is NOT necessarily Pediatric Specialist.

From the moment I walked in, I felt welcome and seen. I did not have a dentist and my tooth was hurting so badly. I made an appointment, but I called to see if I could get seen sooner, because the pain was so bad. They saw me that same day!
The front desk was amazing and so sweet to me! I lost my insurance card and they were able to look up my plan for me. They did not look at me cross-eyed or say anything that was rude. They were very helpful and they seemed happy to help me! Amber and Dr. Chavez were gentle and explained everything to me. It turns out that I have to have a root canal, but I am not worried. I have found my dentist that I will highly recommend to anyone.
