I can honestly say I was very pleased from my first visit to Dr. Thomas Frank’s office. By nature, I tend to be cautious about someone raving about a place thus, I tend not to have big expectations from fear of turning into let down.
However, from the very first called I made to Dr. Frank’s office and speaking with Casey and Cira I somehow knew this place was different. Cira made pleasant and seamlessly to schedule an appointment for a new patient as myself and follow ups leading to my appointment. As soon as I walked through the doors, I was greeted by Casey on a first-name basis. Casey made me feel welcomed and valued, throughout my visit; she certainly made me feel at ease and relaxed; as if I had been a long-term patient of Dr. frank.
Next, Erika gave me a tour of the facilities and all the in-house services that are offered. Not only did Erika take the time to explain all the procedures that I would be having she made a point to listen to my concerns, answered all questions that I had and made me feel comfortable relaxed through all the procedures.
Dr. Frank was great. He made a point to explain in detail my overall dental health and awareness of how having good dental hygiene affects the overall wellness of our body from physical to mental causes.
Overall, Dr. Frank and his team provided exceptional in service that I’ve never experience before from any dental office. Now, I will be the one raving about Dr. Frank’s office. Thank You Casey, Erika, Cira and Dr. Frank – can’t wait for my future my appointments.

Wow, just wow - Today I had my follow up and all I can add is Dr. Frank and his team deserve an award for exemplary patient service - Adding Jill (Dr. Frank's Dental Assistant) to the list of Thank-Yous. I'm still awestruck and raving how I loved my visit to the dentist. Again, Thanks Y'all - Can't wait for my next visit.
