It was very educational to see the x-rays as Dr. Harrison explained the treatment plan, ditto (this was new for me) for close-up photos of problem teeth. The staff were efficient but also very considerate.

This is the most rude and pretentious dentist in Chico. DO NOT GO HERE.
They refused to see me after THEY had the wrong person in the front room taking my information;that I couldn’t make it there. That person made it seem like I missed ONE appointment. They have NO HEART, NO CARE. this was TWO years ago that I missed the appt, tried calling today. DO NOT GO HERE! They will leave you high and dry when you have tooth pain.

I had such a toothache that I couldn't sleep. Dr Harrison saw me right away and even let me be her last patient of the week. It was good I did this, since it took me three days to get out of pain and on the way to healing.
