Excellent treatment as always with Loeta Robles, DDS. All my dental work has been with Loeta & Staff since our 2016 move to Chico, CA from Florida in 2016. Had an Orthodontic Issue for the past 10-11 years and the care I receive here keeps it all in check. This last visit was a 3 month check-up and cleaning by Dental Hygienist Tanya Clark. Went in on Monday as I had bit down on something hard over the weekend. They got me in immediately we thought it was damage to my jaw muscle. Gave me a shot in the jaw. The pain was less. I then drove to Nevada on Tuesday and Dr. Robles called me on my cell to check on me. I explained the pain was definitely in my tooth and that I would return to Chico on Wednesday. On my drive home she called again, reviewed my pain status, set up an appointment for a root canal specialist at 3:00PM today. I went to see her first and will now see the specialist. That is wonderful patient care and I am so appreciative. I would highly recommend Dr. Robles and her entire staff.
