A time for my appointment was available next day - that was handy!
Before my visit they asked me to create an account in MyChart system and fill out lots of information - I did all of it. After my visit I received a short summary of recommendations through that MyChart system.
I also left my follow up question in the system, but they haven't answered it for 3 (!) weeks despite that they ask for 48 hours to answer and the notification that they saw my question.
They also were going to refer me to another doctor. I didn't get any calls from them or that doctor's office yet.
I don't recommend this place.

Worst dentist ever! Got a bridge! Fell out nine times in a year! Should have just kept the stay plate! Now I'm better with super glue than that woman who says it's my fault... Bye bye

I had horrible experiences with other Dentist. Doctor Knight is the best Dentist I know. He make sure I was ok all the time, he make me feel safe. I had some Dental issues and OMG, I love my smile now!!!. I took my older son for a root canal, and they did amazing. My husband is very picky when it comes to doctors and Dentists and he's happy seen Doctor Knight.

If you are thinking about being a new patient, DON'T!
I made an appointment over 3 weeks in advance for a root canal on a tooth that was very painful. I explained that I was in pain and that I was struggling to chew. "that's the closest appointment we have" they said. I ended up scheduling the appointment and suffering for the next 3+ weeks. The night before the scheduled appointment, they called me to tell me that my appointment was canceled because the endodontist did not want to get home after 5pm. I begged them to squeeze me in, they said "nothing we can't do". BEWARE: these people don't care about people, they care about themselves.

I had one less that favorable experience my first visit. I reported the delay in my being seen and it was noted. Other than that, this dental team has always been very straight forward with me. They let me know what my options are ahead of time. I have had a partial crown and am happy with it. I love my hygienist Nicole!

Dr. Knight and his team have been providing skilled care and excellent customer service to me and my family for a number of years now. The office is fresh and very clean which is even more important these days. They use the latest technology and one appointment, same-day, Crowns are a blessing! Today's visit was no different. We'll be back.

I lost a crown and my other dentist wanted to do an implant for 5-7k, came down here and they simply put on a better crown than I had and things have been great since. The dentist didn't want to wait for the cast to be made elsewhere, so he did an upgrade for me free of charge and got my work done the same day. Then he called me for a follow-up a few days later. I'm lost as to what other people are complaining about, because my experience was the best I've ever had at any dentist. I moved my family's coverage down to them the next day!
