I have been a patient for about 13 years and I always receive good care and all the staff is very friendly and helpful

Do not come here! This place needs to be shut down! They told me I need thousands dollars worth of dental work done! Told me I have numerous cavities + gum disease. I got a second opinion. Come to find out, cavities are only stains. And no gum disease! All I needed was a cleaning! And to floss better. You've been warned! They JUST WANT YOUR MONEY + INSURANCE $$$$

Beware of this place many years ago they said I had 2 cavities I never got them filled nothing happened then in 2019 I went there for a checkup once again they said I had 2 cavities once again 3 yrs no pain no cavities then the grouchy lady in charge said she warned me about crack in tooth sent me off to another place with NO pain shot so I sat in the other place for hours in the most EXCRUCIATING PAIN I EVER FELT. For you sake do NOT patronize this place They respond by wanting me to contact them WHY would I they act as if they are right when you mention these things then years later once again say there are cavities when they aren't. They should be turned in.

My family and I been coming here for more then 10 years. And I have nothing but positive things to say about the place. they will help you as much as they could. Great dentist.

This place is the real deal. Friendly staff, attentive Doctors, very clean facility. Samuel and Dr. Uppal did an excellent job on my 2 crowns, they both have soft touch and aren't rough like other places. The ladies in the front office were very nice and Patty was very helpful with my insurance paperwork. Everyone had a nice smile and great personality’s Overall great office!! Thanks

WARNING!!!! This place is horrible and unethical. The dental office only care about how much money they can bill you and your insurance for by creating supposedly dental needed work. However, that’s not my biggest problem with the place. The issue that convinced me to never use their services again was horrible dental treatment that Dr. “R” did on one tooth. I already had one foot out the door because of the billing practices and unprofessional staff. Then Dr. “R” did a horrible job on a tooth that needed a crown. He attempted to prepare the tooth for a temporary crown that would hold in place until the permanent crown came in. He did his preparations on the tooth and they placed the temporary crown on the tooth. Well, the temporary crown came off 3 times in less that two weeks. I finally said 3 strikes your out. I went to another office and they found that Dr. “R” didn’t even get off all the decay during his prep. The new office cleared the tooth of the decay and put on a temporary crown and a week later my permanent crown was put on. Here’s the final point that should scare you away! High Desert Smiles and Dr. “R” still billed my insurance for the permanent crown prep and placement that I never let their office do. The new office that did the final crown couldn’t get paid after they billed my insurance because insurances don’t double pay for the same work done on a tooth. Again, High Desert Smiles does horrible work and uses unethical practices to get money from you and your insurance. STAY AWAY!!!!

I had a great experience here the staff was super friendly and made sure i was well informed about my treatment and made the process easy, Isabel, patty and xavier helped in every way !

I was scheduled for an appointment for a complete exam for today at 2pm. I showed up at 1:55pm and they told me that they had cancelled my appointment. I never received a call, email, text, NOTHING!. I live in riverside, which is about a better part of an hour of a drive, only to get told my appointment was cancelled without letting me know. Mari herself scheduled my appointment 2 weeks before in my first appointment, and i had told her that the doctor did all the xrays but insisted that i needed another exam which was for today.

Im dissapointed because this has been my dentist for over 5 years.

The lady before me today also got her scheduled messed with as well. She was told her appointment was at 2 when in fact they had her down for 1pm.

These people dont understand how to time manage or book appointments apparently.

waited 2 hours to be seen even with my appointment. they let regular clients ahead of me even though i was already waiting 30 minutes before them. if you want to start coming here, Dont!
