Dr. Bains and his staff are exceptional. My 6 year old had a small cavity that needed to be filled. Normally she freaks out about the thought of a filling, but not this time. The staff ensured everything went smoothly and they were very careful to explain things to her and not to show her the instruments that would scare her. We will definitely be returning to this office and will be recommending them to our family and friends.

Best dental visit, ever!!!! I wish I could give more stars. The staff were friendly and efficient and took the time to answer all my questions and were extremely knowledgeable with their pediatric patients. I couldn't have asked for a better experience!

I am extremely excited to have Dr.Bains as our Dentist! He is one of the most knowledgeable and patient doctors I’ve ever met. My two sons , ages 4 and 6 , just had their visit with him and absolutely loved him. Dr. Bains and his friendly staff have this amazing way with making children feel at ease. As a plus, each room has a tv with cartoons playing which added to my sons happiness and comfort. My four year old needed a filling and to be honest I didn’t think he’d sit still in the chair long enough to have his cavity taken care of. To my astonishment my son sat happy and comfortable during the whole process. I owe all of this to Dr.Bains and his staff! There’s no way my four year old would have sat still for a filling if it wasn’t for there amazing kid friendly techniques... they talked my son through the whole way, always asking him if he was still doing okay and to show a thumbs up if he was. My son gave thumbs up during the whole experience. As a parent, this was a priceless feeling to see Dr.Bains and staff all come together creating such a calm and peaceful experience for my son. I know having your kids go to the dentist may sometimes be stressful, but I’m so ecstatic to say that my kids actually like coming to the dentist. I’m still blown away that my four year old was calm and collect during his filling 😁Thank you so much Dr.Bains and Staff for everything!!! ☺️

Very good with kids. They are very patient and understanding with my son. He is 8 years old, and they do a good job on explaining what they will be doing to reduce his anxiety. Thanks to all the staff who is super friendly.
