Because if my anxiety with dental work, I have put off procedures. Desperate to get my dental work done, I searched for a dentist that would meet my needs. When I read about the forms of sedation for patients like me, I knew I had found the right place to take care of my dental needs. Dr Heinzen is the most caring, compassionate dentist I have ever found. He makes you relax from the time he steps up to greet you. The drive to Red Bluff isn’t always convenient, but if that’s what it takes, I am willing to make the trip.

After 11 years I have finally had my front teeth replaced. Strangers smile back when I smile at them now. Takes some getting used to, but I welcome this. An interesting experience, to look into the eyes of an artist as they work. These look real... really real... and I am amazed at the difference in how I feel about myself and how I am perceived by the rest of the population. I didn't need anything aside from my usual aleve or tylenol, even after the previous root canals they have done for me.
Aside from that, this is by far the fanciest dental office I have ever attended, everyone is so warm and well mannered. It's a cozy victorian building, historically noted, and there are photos on the wall. In one of the pictures you can see the shelf that is still there in the reception area. I have my front teeth in time for soon approaching Christmas.

I haven't been to nor found a dentist I felt comfortable with or trusted until now. I have had bad experiences in the past with going to the dentist but this office is truly amazing. I went in to get a consultation for my wisdom teeth and the staff was amazing from the start. They made me feel uncomfortable and confident that they knew what they were doing. All the staff was so friendly and answered all my questions and concerns. Definitely happy I found this place.

My hygienist (so sorry I cannot remember her name) was very pleasant, very informative and was so gentle as to not hurt the situation I had of an infection. She was great, I would recommend her and Dr. Moore's office for all your dental needs. 5 stars for sure!!! :-) Another happy patient!
