Although not an immediate emergency, I called to request an appointment for a broken tooth. I was able to get a same day appointment and received a crown and filling the same day. I’m not afraid of the dentist, but OMG once I cracked a tooth I had no idea how much a trustworthy dentist was vital to my dental care. Fees are clear and consistent. Appointments need some pre-planning like everywhere, but being on the cancellation list helps to get you in faster....
I even referred my friend who is completely freaked out by any dental work and she LOVED this office.
I think what really makes it work is that everyone in the office is CHILL and NICE. You get the feeling people are happy here, and you can relax as they dig into your mouth because you are in good hands....literally.
One awesome thing: they check in often to see if you are OK and to be sure you are numb.

I've been going to Crown Dentistry for several years now and have always had a great experience. My wife switched to Dr. Chan as well. The staff are friendly, highly competent, and Dr. Chan is genuinely interested in looking out for your best interests.
