Been going to Jin T. Kim for a few years now and I will continue to go to him. They are friendly, informative, and know exactly what they are doing which matters to me a lot. I am a Internet sales manager at a dealership and when I needed a root canal I was shopping prices and quality for the past few weeks. One random day I was speaking to one of my clients about getting invisiline and other dental work done. My client was highly reccomending Dr. Kim, so I figured I would give him a call and see how he compares against my current dentist and I found out I was overpaying for the same material and all. I figured, well dang this seems nice why don't I give him a shot. I got my teeth cleaned the first trip and the next I arrived and without even a wait I got my root canal done then he even advised me on how to prevent it in them future. When I got home later that day I got a call from him following up to see how I'm doing, which is huge in my opinion and blew me away, then later a text to let me know if I have any questions to feel free to ask. 👍👍👍👍😀
I was gone for quite a bit due to buying a house and building on my project. However, this most recent visit I had my wisdom tooth removed as it caused me many complications with pain and food getting stuck in them causing a cavity too! So I made a wise decision (pun intended) and decided to let them remove it instead of being put under somewhere else. We set up a date once more, I arrived then without a wait called me in and started right on time. I didn't feel a thing during the proceedure as I was worried about this the whole time before the night before. I had my girlfriend take me home and ONCE MORE later that day I got a follow up call but couldnt answer due to the extraction. He instead sent a text and let me know if I need anything or have questions to reach out to him!!! THATS GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! You the man Dr. Kim 👍👍😀
Its been a week now and my swelling is down and I can eat semi solids again. Thank you guys for being awesome! It not the closest dentist to my house but without a doubt is the best choice by far. I highly reccomend them to everyone I know and if you are reading this too, give them a shot you will not be disappointed!
