Five Star Plus! Dr. Reid made me a 5 tooth bridge for my upper fronts around 1990 while his practice was in Ridgecrest, CA. (The teeth had been knocked out in an industrial accident.) So his work has lasted all this time (28+ years), and my current dental professionals (I now live in Arizona) have told me that I was truly blessed with this much longevity from a bridge - a testimony to his fine work! Dr. Baldwin and staff have given me hope again in the world of dentistry. I became a patient of Donald Reeds, June 2018. Big mistake, unbeknownst to me at the time. I was having all teeth pulled and bottom denture implants, top dentures. Work was supposed to be done by the end of 2018. Not the case. Dr. Reed kept putting me off. January 2019, called Dr. Reed's office and was told he retired. What???? Dr. Baldwin purchased Dr. Reed's practice. No notification from Donald Reed whatsoever. Come to find out Dr. Reed charged me 10,000.00 plus for services he did not perform. He is a wolf in sheep clothing, Dr. Reed. Dishonest and a con man. Thanks to Dr. Baldwin and staff, they made things right. I am so grateful and pleased with the work done by Dr. Baldwin. I now have the smile Dr. Reed promised, but provided by. Dr. Baldwin.
