it’s a great place, great service and they get done very quickly, and even if there is a long wait time they’re always very friendly, the staff is absolutely wonderful as well, and they’re always there when needed. Especially Haley she’s very kind and always very helpful and generous, absolutely love her!!

I give no stars but I can't right a review so the 1 stars don't count, was not happy at all, I got my crown like over a year now n it hurt if I chew on the side where the crown is at, but it still have alittle pain from it, I paid alot to get it done n it's not done right!
I also went n got my broken tooth pulled out, the doctor who pulled my tooth took 15 minutes but still couldn't pull my tooth out so she went n got an older doctor to come and pull my tooth, it only took her seconds to pull my tooth out, my jaw hurt for two months, don't go there if you going to get your tooth pull

For my part, I don't think they deserve a single star. My experience is not pleasant. It is a shame that most of the staff being the children of immigrants. Because if they are bilingual, it bothers them to help translate. I do not understand perfect English nor do I speak it, they have work in order until the doctor who treats me does not behave according to her profession. Very bad job and I had to return several times to change my treatment because they do not do it. It would be good that my opinion would make them change for the future. Other people have better experience.

I always worry going to the dentist. I hate dental work and I have much anxiety. I saw Hapi Harpreet, and he was great! I had nothing to fear. I had no pain before or after. He went out of his way making sure i was comfortable. I will definitely go there again! Ask for Hapi Harpreet!!! I no longer fear dental work.

This place is horrible!!!!! If I could give Zero Stars, I would!!! They make u wait forever even when u have an appointment. They do not know why you are there for ur appointment same for the doctor. They do not know how to communicate. I had to wait 45 minutes after an xray and they just tell me to reschedule and not telling me why or what my next appointment is. Management is horrible. Staff don't know what they're doing. Do not go to western dental!!

I’m not sure if they take on too many people but the wait time sucks. The one in Chico does way better and staff is much nicer. This location was also suppose to call my boyfriend and I about a crowning and they never did. Staff was so rude when we did call to check up months later. We decided to go to the one in Chico instead. Western Dental in Chico gave both of us a call within less than two week regarding the crowning. I know two other people personally who have had bad a experience here as well. All I’m saying is that it’s hit or miss if you’ll have a good experience at this location. I recommend if you can make the drive go to the other locations instead like Roseville or Chico. They have a better staff who are super nice and know what they are doing and wait time is way shorter.
