I was on the Lake Christine Fire in Basalt Colorado and Elevate Dental had offered service to the firefighters assigned here. 3 week later I was assigned to the Cache Creek Fire in Rifle and I called Elevate to diagnose a tooth ache. Dr. Van Gorden got me right in on a Friday morning and found a solution for the tooth ache. A real help being away from home all summer. Cheers to them, and a real thanks for getting me out of a pinch.
