I was a potential new patient for a routine dental cleaning . They suggested an appointment for the following day which I accepted. I told them I just had full X-rays at another dentist 6 months ago and they said it was no problem for them to get the records. When I got there, they made me wait 20 min and then in the room they told me they could not do a dental cleaning without repeating full X-rays. When I asked about the records I had requested they get from my prior dentist, they said they hadn’t gotten them yet and would not do the cleaning without X-rays. I support good medical care, BUT it was gross mismanagement among all the staff not telling me they need to see X-rays prior to doing a cleaning AND making sure they had the records prior to booking my appointment. Bad management and a complete waste of my time!

I am newer to the area and needed to find a dentist. I'm so happy I chose Baptist Road Dental. The staff is incredibly welcoming and friendly. They listened to my concerns, explained everything in detail, and answered any questions I had. The exam was very thorough and Dr. Arens went over options and a plan that would work for me. It was truly the best experience I have had at a dentist appointment.

Dr. Lau is great. I went in with what he diagnosed as a cracked molar. He and his team were able to work me into their schedule that day. I've never had such perfect occlusion on a temp crown. I experienced some tongue abrasion the day after and they brought me in immediately so he could smooth the offending connection. They are responsive and professional. I'm highly pleased with their work.

Our family had our dental needs cared for by a Denver dentist for over 20 years. He retired. I hadn't sought dental care since relocating to SoCo over 4 years ago (our former dentist was going to be hard shoes to fill!). Visited BRD today and couldn't be happier! What a great team of professionals and an all around superb visit! I have some work to catch up on, and am actually looking forward to it. That's crazy! Thank you BRD.
