This team is phenomenal. Not only did they accommodate my crazy schedule, but they were so kind and understanding. Struggling with postpartum depression meant my teeth were quite neglected. They never made me feel bad, encouraged me, and explained exactly what I needed to do to improve my oral health. So grateful for Dawn and Drs. Keen and White.

Edited: dropped to 2 stars because they have the absolute worst customer service I've ever experienced with a health care provider. I've called 4 times to ask questions about a bill I received ($360+ more than they told me it would be). Every time I call, no matter the time or the day, there is no one in the entire company who can help me. They take my information and say they will call back, but never do.
Basic cleaning and prevention are fine, but if you have to have anything more than that I recommend shopping around.
Great dentist. Explain what they are doing so I can understand. My teeth are in good hands.

I went here a couple years ago and always loved my experiences. I went recently at the very end of December for a cleaning and to request to have my wisdom teeth removed because one was growing in sideways into my cheek. I saw a new dentist I wasn't familiar with who completely ignored what I was saying about the pain, and when I went back out to the front they pulled up a quote for a much more expensive procedure that had NOTHING to do with the wisdom teeth. I expressed that I didn't need that done, I needed my wisdom teeth taken care of. So I was told I couldn't schedule until they knew when the surgeon would be in. I asked SPECIFICALLY if I should call back in a few weeks to schedule, and was told NO that they would call me. I paid a $50 deposit for the surgery, and STILL haven't received a call. Just emails asking to review. I tried calling in February with no luck. At this point I don't even know if I want to return. They'll just tell me I need my front teeth removed, charge me and never call me back. Giving two stars because I really used to love this place when I went in the mornings, but going in the evening was a crazy contrast.

The staff is extremely friendly and I can easily schedule appointments. The dentists are encouraging and didn’t make me feel bad about having cavities/crown. They gave other recommendations to me on how to keep my teeth clean and I’ve been a year without cavities now!
The environment is very clean.

Frustration and waste of time. I came here to get a check up and the staff was pleasant, nice and did (i assume) a good job. I have no complaints there. After doing my X-rays they saw my wisdom teeth have not come in and my bottom ones are facing towards my other teeth, not up. They recommended I let the oral surgeon look at them and see if at my age it would be necessary to remove them. I agreed and left, it took over 3 months to get an answer back, and only that fast because I continually called and bugged them for an answer. I asked for info on how to pay for the procedures and got a response of "come in early and we can go over the payment plan options" I explained I didn't have cash at the moment. I went in 30 minutes early and the option they gave me required 30% down which is fine but a total waste of my time because i didn't have any money on me. Which I had previously explained to her when she called me to confirm my appointment. So the trip, time away from work, and frustration was all for nothing.
