I was a client for several years. When I lost dental insurance, and it was time for a cleaning, they inundated me with texts, phone calls, emails, and postcards. When I regained insurance, I responded to one of their emails asking for an appointment and got no response. Then I called several weeks later and left a message asking for an appointment. A week later, no one had called me. Today I called AGAIN and was put on hold twice, and finally hung up. Terrible customer service. I'm not going back.
P.S. In response to their reply below, let me simply say that this public response is not how they have responded privately - AT ALL - and in fact, quite the opposite. For me, a lack of integrity is not something I can abide in my medical practitioner. But dear reader, you decide.
